22/08/2026 marks as the toughest day of my life, where my body was almost about to give up, my lower back injury got worse, in my mind I told myself I WILL NOT QUIT, and I need to cross that finish line today COME WHAT MAY, the weather played an insane role, couldn't get my personal best because we had an orange alert in Tallinn which included 9°, heavy cross winds and terrible rains throughout the race, rest of it is history, will be posting a reel soon on this, for now we cherish the moment🥰 taken in Tallinn, Estonia by @burzzz13

Asli jeet dusre khiladi ko harane me nahi hai, asli jeet hai apne andar ki uss awaz ko harane me, jo roz tumse kehti hai ki tum pehle se haar gaye ho" (The real victory isn't in defeating the other player, but in defeating that voice inside you that tells you every day that you've already lost)... taken in Tallinn, Estonia by @burzzz13

This run is one of my best in the list, because I ran with a person who started running looking at me🥰 and she not just ran her first 10k but she nailed it for her 1st official race, with a timing of 1:10:37. I was told that "you bloody endurance Athletes don't stand a chance in front of us hybrid athletes, and I just answered them back with my sub 1 hour 10min debut, again without simulation prac and my lower back injury, imagine if things were normal 😎
A big shout out to my incredible partner @taronishirani (crazy ass mofo) has been in a beast mode since 2 months for this, told me to give my best no matter what the situation was...
SO...we so called endurance Athletes just gave a tough time to alot of hybrid babies, and next year we are going for our sub 1 hour, LETS DO THIS🙌🏻

No matter how you do it, but whenever you look at that person in the mirror, it should be with RESPECT. 2026 @ironman_estonia a sheer test of resilience, will power, and brutal mindset, I QUIT IS NO OPTION, no matter what life throws at you, you get up and get going, and that's what I did on 22/08/2026, I BECAME AN IRONMAN AGAIN, against all odds...

We wondered what keeps someone coming back to one of the world’s toughest races.

So we followed the journey of Burzin Engineer.

A triathlete. A little stubborn. Just enough to keep pushing his limits, chasing new start lines and proudly representing India on the world stage.

This is his story. And #EssarFoundation is proud to be part of it.
