I bought my first ART piece 🤠

My friendship with Vincent began over 5 years ago when I stumbled across his shop in Paris. I remember walking in and the first words from my mouth were “your art makes me feel joy”. Since then I have been fortunate enough to have him as my mentor. He has given me many great advice not just in my artistry but in life also. A great role model.

Today I bought my first ever art piece and I look forward to hanging it up on my wall. taken in Paris, France by @by.krstphr

TEACH ONE ANOTHER: MY LAGOS by KRSTPHR

Lagos through a diasporic lens. A multidisciplinary exhibition that refuses the reductive Western read of Nigeria and replaces it with something lived: memory, movement, identity, pride.

Hello Son,

I never thought this was possible. I never even imagined this reality because where I am from we are not meant to accomplish achievements like this. I’ve took a risk to do what I love in this world and it is creating new possibilities. I do this to hopefully inspire you to be fearless and be better than me.

People came to the event and felt inspired by my story and now they want their stories put on a canvas. All of the success is God’s doing my son. I know you know him already as some of your first words were “Amen” & “Hallelujah”. Keep up your relationship with him for he knows best and he will never fail you. God bless by @by.krstphr
