May I just say… wow! My first NABJ convention!

A special shoutout to President Dr. Martin Lemelle for sponsoring Jae and me to attend the NABJ Convention. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be here and experience something I never imagined I’d be a part of when I first decided to attend Grambling State University.

As a Mass Communication student at Grambling State University, opportunities like this mean so much to me and remind me why I chose this field. I also want to give a special thank you to Mr. Talbert for being an amazing advisor and for supporting us throughout this experience.

My first NABJ Convention — and definitely one I’ll never forget! ❤️🖤🐯
