Round up of some of my fav Spring 2023 trends🌸 Denim is having its main character moment this season💅 We’re talking… → Denim on Denim (love a good Canadian tux) → Denim Trench Coats → Denim Maxi Skirts → Denim Blazers → Denim Tailored Vests → Denim Accessories Plus all different silhouettes of denim bottoms and added details. 🍒Next up - if you want to make a statement, look no further the metallic is going to be ur bff. Usually saved for NYE/ parties the metallic made its way to streetwear for a the fashion girlies. If you’re looking for a subtle way to incorporate metallics, stick to accessories. 🍒 IMO if you buy one thing this season make it the Maxi Skirt. Something about her is just so versatile and really elevates the wardrobe. We are seeing maxi skirts of all different vibes.. → Cargo Maxi’s → Satin Maxi’s → Denim Maxi’s 🍒 Its time to move over dad shoes.. In a styling consultation session this week, we had some great conversations about how your style should be an effortless extension of your personality and values and really how that becomes the foundation of your brand building. Because when we really start with us, and reflect inward of how WE want the world to view, see and receive us, then can have a brand that embodies the same values, aesthetics and attitudes that define you! So how does your personal style influence your brand? 🫶Your personal style sets the tone for your brand 🫶Your personal style can differentiate your brand from competitors 🫶Your personal style can foster trust and connection with your audience “So, how do you define your personal style?” Before adding any trends or buying new pieces we need to: ➡️Find your 3-4 keywords that become your northstars for every clothing choice you put on your body. These keywords are energetic tingles you must feel in every outfit you wear that makes you feel like the most confident true version of you. 🔓Think of this as your custom combination code and all four of them together unlock your inner style. Old-school trends are it for me🤝 So here is a moment for the tube TV era🤌 90’s nostalgia gives me lifeeeeee and tbh alot of my personal style and things I vibe with are influenced from this decade. IMO the 90’s has some of the most influential style, music, TV and more.
