Earlier this week, I had the absolute privilege and honour of experiencing horse healing medicine with Michaela and her precious horses, Zodiac, King and Apollo.

Michaela generously offered this transformative experience to two lucky winners through a competition that reached more than 2.3 million views, received almost 18,000 comments and was shared over 285,000 times on Instagram. I feel incredibly blessed to have been one of those winners. ✨🥹

I also want to express my deepest gratitude to my precious friend @biancadye for nominating me and putting my name forward. Without your kindness, thoughtfulness and support, I may never have had the opportunity to experience this once-in-a-lifetime gift. B, I am so grateful to you for thinking of me and helping make this beautiful journey possible. 🫶💞🥰

I chose to share this experience with my Dad, and together we were given the space to gently connect with and begin healing from past trauma that we had carried throughout our lives. It was a deeply moving and unforgettable experience - one filled with love, kindness, gratitude, compassion and empathy.

To Michaela, Zodiac, King and Apollo - thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️. Your generosity, presence and beautiful energy ✨🐴created a safe and sacred space for healing, connection and reflection.
My cup is overflowing with gratitude 🙏

I truly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the profound horse healing medicine. Their wisdom, sensitivity and unconditional presence can touch places within us that words cannot always reach.

Thank you for this extraordinary gift and for allowing my Dad and me to share such a meaningful journey together. I will carry this experience in my heart for many years to come. 🥹🙌🐴✨🫶

As I reflect over the past few days, surrounded by incredibly passionate, likeminded, generous souls - I realised that this year’s @ceosleepout was my best experience to date with @vinniesqld 🩵💙✨🫶

This year, I didn’t just witness commitment - I honestly felt it. 🥹🌍 The conversations I had with solo sleepers and my “Night of Compassion team” were honest, raw, and deeply human 💞✨
Everyone carrying something… and still choosing compassion.

Thank you to every donor who helped make our impact real. Because of you, the #GoldCoast tally reached a record-breaking $887K 🙌🙌🙌🥳

And our Night of Compassion Team finished 5th in Queensland, raising close to $60k - proof that when people show up, outcomes change.

I’m genuinely proud, and my cup is overflowing with gratitude. Let’s carry this momentum forward. Together we can make a difference and change more lives.

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of attending the launch of “People I Have Shot” by the remarkable @reginakyoohoo ✨🫶
A heartfelt thank you to Rutland Smith and @sepehr9
for inviting me to join them for such a special occasion.

I felt incredibly honoured to be among a wonderful group of friends, community leaders, and familiar faces who have each contributed in their own way to the fabric of the #GoldCoast.
One of the highlights of the day was taking a walk down memory lane and reconnecting with so many incredible people I haven’t seen in nearly 20 years.
It was wonderful to reminisce, share stories, laugh together, and reflect on the good old days. The years may have passed, but the friendships, memories, and connections remain as special as ever.
Regina’s book is a beautiful celebration of the people, personalities, and moments that have helped shape our community over the years. Her talent for capturing the spirit of people through her lens is truly extraordinary, and her contribution to the Gold Coast is something to be admired and celebrated.
I was also grateful for the opportunity to share the incredible work of @enrichinglivesfoundation_ and @ceosleepout. Supporting organisations that make a genuine difference in the lives of others is something very close to my heart.

A very special thank you to Regina. Over the years, you and the wonderful Peter Flowers have captured me in several of your iconic Best Dressed photographs. Seeing some of today’s images brought back so many beautiful memories. You captured more than just photographs; they are treasured moments in time that we will all cherish forever. Thank you for preserving so many special memories for all of us and for reminding us of the people and stories that have shaped our lives.

As I left today, my heart was full. Days like this remind me that life’s greatest treasures are not found in things, but in the people we meet, the friendships we nurture, and the memories we create together. My cup is overflowing with gratitude, and I feel truly blessed to live the life I live, surrounded by extraordinary people and given opportunities to make a difference.

Yesterday was more than just a beautiful brunch. It was a chance for my dear friend and me to simply pause, breathe, and be present.

After what has been a challenging 18 months for both of us, spending the morning together surrounded by inspiring women was exactly what our hearts needed. You looked absolutely stunning in your beautiful 💛🌻dress designed by @saviacollective_ It was lovely to see you shining ✨🤩 so brightly🥹🫶💛🌻💞
The room was filled with incredible women who generously shared their stories, speaking with honesty, vulnerability, and courage about their life experiences.

A special highlight was hearing @shelley_jacks share the inspiring story of her beautiful daughter, Holly.
It was a powerful reminder that hope, strength, and love can shine through even the most challenging circumstances.

Thank you to all the wonderful women who listened as I spoke about the charities I’m honoured to support as an ambassador, @vinniesqld @ceosleepout and @enrichinglivesfoundation_ .

Yesterday reminded me that even after life’s hardest seasons, there is still joy to be found in connection, gratitude, friendship, and simply being present in the moment.
I left with a heart full of gratitude, meaningful conversations, and new friendships that I’m excited to nurture. 🥹🫶✨
We should never take our lives for granted. There is always something to be grateful for. Yesterday was a beautiful reminder to be present, be grateful, and be kind to ourselves. I know I am. 🫶🌻💛

Over the weekend, I had the absolute privilege of representing @enrichinglivesfoundation_ @fayv13 and @reneebrescianini at a spectacular evening held at the @hiltonsurfersparadise in support of @assistancedogsaustralia 🦮🇦🇺

The event was beautifully organised by the fabulous Carolyn Morton @haroldsaxon2 🫶✨😘
Thank you, Carolyn, for all the care, dedication and hard work you put into making the night so special.

It was wonderful to see so many compassionate and inspiring people come together in support of such an important cause. I loved catching up with familiar faces @sanamecomau @joannerahnpr Marilyn and meeting new ones, including Sheena, Brooklyn, Glen, Darren and Theresa. Thank you to beautiful Peta from @sanamecom for my gorgeous tote bag! I love it 🥰 plus I had so much fun dancing 💃 with you 😘✨

26 years ago today, I survived a huge head-on car accident on the NSW South Coast.
My life and my family’s lives were turned upside down, however, I was given another chance and the Lord saved me that day. I started walking again and I am blessed to have become a mother after being told I couldn’t be.

The accident taught me something simple and unforgettable: we never know what’s around the corner. Life can change in an instant. And when it does, the things we chase can feel so small - your job, your title, the dollar.

What matters is who you journey with. The people who show up every day. The ones who check in. The ones who sit quietly beside you and let you feel less alone.
We all make mistakes in the “school of life”. But as long as we learn from them, those lessons become the way forward.

This year has been hard, and still I’m deeply grateful, because it has brought me back to what truly matters.
I want to lead with purpose: to serve, to give, and to show up for people who need kindness, support, and hope.
None of us know how long we have. But if I can make a difference in even one person’s life; if I can help them feel seen, heard, and valued - then my time here will be meaningful.

If you need a reminder today, let it be this: hold your loved ones close. Live Life, Laugh Lots, Pull funny faces. Choose love. Choose connection.

And remember - there is blessing in giving.
We can all make a difference; we just have to decide to begin.
