Enter your reinvention era, for millennial women who need a reset 🌹
Ex-Wall St → a happier, healthier, feminine me.

Steal my process ↓

At 23, I chose the life that looked impressive.
At 28, I chose the life that felt right.
At 32, I chose the life I actually wanted to wake up to.

NONE of those choices felt certain at the time.

Every single one had that feeling of “what the hell am I doing?” but the bigger feeling was “i can’t bear staying put, i’ll figure it out”.

I think a lot of millennial women are in that in-between right now.

They feel successful but wish they felt free.

They are capable but wish they felt fulfilled.

They ticked every box but still feel off inside.

Overthinking is the enemy in this situ. You fix it by deciding:
“I’m not available for this version of my life anymore.”

And you enter your reinvention era.

I called it “Project rebrand”, everything changed for me after that.

This post felt really vulnerable to share, so if it moved you i’d love to know in the comments 🫶

Steal my process ↓

In London, I chose the life that looked impressive.
In Bali, I chose the life that was really me.
Today, I get to live that life to its fullest.

None of the decisions to reinvent myself along the way felt easy.

But I was certain that I could not do another year of feeling like this.

I HAD to reset my life.

I think a lot of millennial women in corporate are feeling this way right now.

They feel stuck in a life that they feel like they didn’t choose consciously.

Not knowing what to do about it or what alternatives they have.

Is this how you feel?

What I will say is that overthinking it wasn’t going to fix it for me. It had to be something more radical.

What fixed it was getting our of my daily routine. Getting on a flight to a tropical island and finally asking the questions i’d been avoiding.

What I learned ↓

Ok this might sound a bit psycho but I have a feeling you will relate…

I used to think rest was not for me. Like I didn’t need it because I had some sort of superhuman work ethic.

Back in my banking career in London i would have said taking a week off to do nothing sounds wonderful but deep down i’d find something to do to feel productive.

Truthfully, even slowing down felt like I’d fall behind and I couldn’t bear that.

I confused exhaustion with commitment to my dreams.

If I was tired, it meant I cared.
If I was busy, it meant I mattered.

I didn’t clock how much of myself I was abandoning just to keep proving a point nobody had actually asked me to prove but myself.

Moving to Bali didn’t fix it overnight. I brought my 5am starts, my daily 5k run where I didn’t dare walk because I’d set myself up to fail that day (i’m not even exaggerating!)

I know you get it.

One of my retreat guests told me a story where she broke her leg in the last mile of a marathon and kept going because she couldn’t bear to fail 💔

I was addicted to optimising every inch of my life.

What actually shifted was realising rest wasn’t the opposite of the life I’d built.

It was the only thing that let me keep FEELING it, instead of just performing but feeling numb inside.

That’s when I wrote to FitBit’s customer service and asked to cancel my subscription for my own mental health. LOL (again not joking!!!)

Those wearables are like a drug den for overachievers. Gimme those optimisation gains 😋

I think a lot of you reading this know exactly what I mean.

You’ve built an impressive life but you stopped being able to enjoy it, because stopping feels dangerous.

Like if you’re not moving, you might not matter as much.

So lets all commit to resting just for a mo this week.

It could be as small as lying on the grass in a park listening to the birds instead of a podcast or a bath with your phone left in another room or 10 mins of doing absolutely nothing.

Tell me in the comments how you’re going to rest this week and let’s create a bank of ideas in the comments👇

The mistake I made ↓

In my 20s I thought success meant proving how much pressure I could handle.

I was proud of working long hours in my finance career, I liked the feeling of being “needed” and important.

I would pack my social calendar months in advance.

Constant productivity and overstimulation.

Rest just wasn’t a thing I thought I needed.

Tbh, now i’m mid 30s, back then, the life I live now would’ve looked far too simple and basic for me.

Slow mornings.
A beautiful café with nowhere to be.
Reading a chapter of a book in bed.
Writing in my notebook for no reason other than I want to.
Booking a flight immediately to meet my baby niece because I don’t need permission from a boss.

But the older I get, the more I realise these aren’t “small” things.

They’re the whole point.

A lot of women have been taught that being intelligent means being permanently stressed, disconnected from your body, emotionally unavailable to yourself and constantly “maximising” every second of the day.

To prove we can.

I don’t believe that anymore.

My interpretation of success is more correlated to how calm I feel these days.

I have nothing to prove, and that IS empowerment.

And I think more women are craving that than we like to admit.

What’s something that feeds your soul now that your younger self wouldn’t have understood?

Let me know in the comments, it would be beautiful if we had a whole comments stream of ideas to try👇

I wish smart women knew this ↓

You can build a life you love.

You deserve a life that actually feels good to live.

The life you daydream about but don’t dare to mention out loud.

The one that feels a bit scary, almost cringe to admit out loud.

You can build that life.

Most smart women follow the same path: school, uni, corporate job.

It feels like any other path is for other ‘types’ of women.

I wish you knew how much that type of thinking limits you.

Staying where you are feels easier, so you stay.

If you want a different life, staying where you are won’t get you there.

So ask yourself this question:

What feels scarier right now? Trying something new? Or staying exactly where you are?

Trying puts you ahead of most people.
It means you’re growing.
It means something can change.

There are so many smart women building businesses, working from anywhere, travelling, creating memories, and living life on their terms.

There’s no reason that can’t be you.

But it starts with a decision.

You have to choose it.

Honest stories from our China trip so far👇

Stumbled upon the cutest little tea house by the riverside in Suzhou and I felt like I was in a painting 🎨

$7 blow dry still can’t get over it, even though they dried my hair in a paper towel- idk why! Lol

Saw deep friend tarantulas in the market.

The most efficient train system I’ve ever encountered.

Spent an afternoon in the Ritz tea house and I felt like I came home, could’ve stayed there for weeks.

Tea, tea & more tea.

The craziest crowds I’ve ever been in.

Bathrooms I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Obssessed with the steamed buns I have to stop myself 😋

Photos from Suzhou, China, leg 1 of our 4 part trip to China, it’s known as the Venice of the East.

Stay tuned for part 2 coming soon from the next part of our trip, West Lake, Hangzhao!

Women are leaning out, forget “lean in” here’s why ⬇️

Despite having the utmost respect for Sheryl Sandberg, her book Lean In never sat well with me. So I chose to lean out. Watch the live to find out more. Curious on your take? Lets chat about it in the comments.

NEW POD EPISODE: Realigning Your Career, Relationships and Life Direction in Your 30s with @the_vizuri_method 🎉

What happens when your life looks good on paper… but something about it feels off?

In this episode, I’m joined by Gabriela Cronchey, founder of The Vizuri Method and a former client of mine. Gabriela shares how she went from working in corporate asset management to launching her own coaching business helping women realign their lives in their 30s.

We talk about the moment she realised corporate wasn’t the path for her, the messy “search phase” where you know you want something different but don’t yet know what that is, and how she eventually took the leap to build her own business.

Gabriela first joined my Bali retreat and later Launch Academy, where she developed her first business idea, landed her first five-figure client and began building the foundations of the coaching business she now runs today.

If you’ve ever thought about starting your own business, Gabriela’s story will make you realise it’s possible for you too.

We cover:

👉 The “in-between” phase when you know you want a different life but don’t know what that looks like yet.

👉Why changing your environment can help you finally hear what you actually want.

👉How Gabriela went from an idea to landing her first paying clients.

👉What it really takes to start a business when you don’t feel ready yet.

5 reasons you feel behind 👇

Ever notice how ambitious women often feel behind?
Even when they’re killing it.

Here are a few reasons why:

1️⃣ The invisible timeline
Millennial women grew up with an “unofficial” timeline in our heads:

Finish school → Get a good job → Climb the ladder → Get married → Have kids

Remember when we thought this would all happen before 30?
Lol.

2️⃣ Social media warps timelines
Online we see 20-year-old Gen Z founders driving pink G-wagons and making millions from Instagram.
When that floods your feed, it starts to feel normal.

So if you’re 30–40 and still figuring things out, your brain goes: “Wait… am I late?”

Even though most real success takes years longer than it looks online. You just don’t see that part.

3️⃣ High achievers expect clear progress
School and corporate life have clear paths like:

Work hard → promotion.
Perform well → move up.

But real life doesn’t work like that.
Building something new is messy and non-linear.

4️⃣ You’ve already invested a lot
By your 30s you’ve spent years building a career.

So changing direction can feel risky.
Your brain asks: “Have I wasted all that time?”

5️⃣ Pressure to figure everything out
Career / Money / Relationships / Family / Purpose / Womanhood / Not aging 🫠

It can feel like you need to solve your entire life by a certain age. Which makes it feel like time is running out.

Okay ladies, let’s put a stop to this because lets be honest its holding us all back…

This is where the iceberg effect comes in

You see the top of someone’s success.
But you don’t see the years underneath.

Trying things, the messiness, learning, starting over.

The bit I find so sad is that so many high-achieving women never reach the visible part of the iceberg.

They are more than capable. But they quit too early.
Or never start at all…

Because they think they’re too late!!! 💔😭

The women who get the life they want usually do one thing differently.

They stay in the game long enough to get there.

If you needed the reminder today:
You’re not behind
You’re right on time
Keep going 🫶

How women are getting wealthy ↓

What if the biggest economic shift of our lifetime is already happening… and most smart women are still waiting for permission?

This was a clip from my latest podcast episode.

If you’re a high-achieving woman who knows corporate isn’t the whole story, you’re craving freedom, impact, and income yet you need proof, this episode is for you.

What I cover in this episode

✨ Why we’re living through a transfer of economic power from institutions to individuals and why your personal brand is becoming the asset
✨ The updated 10-year shift that makes this the best time in history to build an online business (barriers to entry are collapsing fast)
✨ The three core reasons to start: freedom (location + time), impact (purpose + fulfilment), and income (no salary ceiling)
✨ How to choose the right online business model so it actually gives you freedom: online + scalable + automatable
✨ Practical journal prompts and exercises to clarify your business direction: your desired freedoms, your impact, what you hate about corporate culture, and what makes you feel most alive

I also share my experiences of ditching Wall St for entrepreneurship and never looking back.

I spent 8 years in corporate.

6 years in banking (J.P. Morgan)

2 years in FinTech (Block)

Neither ever felt right.

When people ask “but wouldn’t you go back for the stability and right offer?”

No. Here’s why:

⏳ My time is MY time

Getting to choose when, where and how I work is priceless. No asking permission for days off.

🙅‍♀️ No toxic leadership culture BS

I dictate my company culture. No having to “man up” to fit in.

💸 Uncapped Income

My income infinitely compounds with every unit of time I spend in the business. A salary is inefficient because its linear and tied to my time.

🌎 Maximising my impact on the world

No client ever turned to me in corporate and said “you changed my life”. I’ve heard this at least 10 times from clients in my business. No feeling compares to this.

🫶 My sense of purpose, happiness & health

Our lives are finite. Health is wealth. Health IS the most important thing to prioritise. I will never put this in someone else’s hands again.

Was it scary quitting my high flying finance career at 28?

Terrifying.

But not as terrifying as the cost of staying in it.

If this sounds like you, this is your sign to join me in my journey of building a life of freedom and purpose @femaleleadershipcollective I share my behind the scenes ✨

Smart women realise this ⬇️

We are living through the first time in history where women can build wealth without permission.

🙅🏿‍♀️No male gatekeepers stopping us.
🙅‍♀️No corporate ladder required.

Just expertise, wifi and the decision to start.

49% of new businesses are now founded by women, how epic is that?!

Why? The barriers disappeared.

The women who understand this early… are the ones who build freedom, wealth, and leverage over the next decade.

Women much smarter than you are already making millions from their iphone.

Corporate careers are no longer a flex.

If you’ve been thinking about launching your own business but you have no idea where to start, you’re invited to my FREE Female StartUp Summit.
