The first month I came to Bali I found it hard…partly because I partied too much 😆 I wanted to go to everything and my routine went out the window! But I also struggled to find a community I felt at home with. The second month I attended a dinner hosted by @bysuzannaclark and her community of female leaders and it was definitely part of the reason I decided to stay a little longer and figure it out…

🌸 Bali Reset Retreat | Day Two 🤍

Oh, my heart was so full after this day! 💕

There’s something special about waking up in Bali knowing your only agenda is to slow down, be present and pour a little love back into yourself.

We started with beautiful yoga in the shala, followed by delicious meals prepared by our incredible chefs. Honestly, how lovely is it to have someone else take care of everything for a change? 🌸

Our first workshop was Designing Your Ideal Life, one of my favourite exercises. It gives you space to reflect on where you are, where you want to be and, most importantly, how you want your life to FEEL.

This is something I love exploring in my coaching, helping women reconnect with what they truly want and create a life that feels aligned with who they are becoming.

With all the changes I've been navigating lately, this felt particularly meaningful. Sometimes we're so busy running businesses, raising families and caring for everyone else that we forget to ask ourselves what WE actually want.

We then experienced a beautiful breathwork session before heading to Uluwatu for sunset, followed by a gorgeous dinner and lots of conversation and connection. 🌅

I ended the day feeling grateful, fulfilled and excited about this next chapter.

Because I don't just want to go through the motions of life. I want to consciously create a life that feels good to live. And that doesn't mean everything has to be perfect. It means being intentional about what truly matters.

So here's a little question for you…

$🌸 Bali Reset Retreat | Night One 🌕✨ What a beautiful way to begin this journey of slowing down, reconnecting and pouring back into ourselves 🤍 From thoughtful gifts and personalised cards from Suzie to exploring the beautiful spaces, every little detail made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We began with a traditional Balinese blessing and welcome ceremony with a local priestess, followed by a gorgeous dinner, beautiful conversations and finally meeting women I’ve connected with through my coaching group for the past 18 months. And, of course, spending time with Suzie, my coach and the beautiful facilitator behind this retreat 💕 And how magical that we began under a full moon. 🌕 A reminder to release what no longer serves us and make space for something new. If you’ve ever considered a retreat in Bali, I cannot recommend it enough. Especially if you’re a burnt-out business owner, a mama who gives everything to everyone else, or simply a woman who has forgotten what it feels like to put herself first. We all deserve time to pause, regroup, reconnect and simply BE. Sometimes, the most beautiful gift we can give ourselves is permission to step away from everyday life and be nurtured for a change 🌸 This experience has also inspired something within me. I would love to create and host my own retreats one day, a space where women can reconnect with themselves, rediscover their joy and return home feeling refreshed, supported and inspired.
