🍁 Some deets for Saturday’s Open Mic 🍁 Location: Duckpin Room in UNION Craft Brewing 1700 W 41st St #420 Baltimore, MD 21211. On-site parking is free. - Please head to the Duckpin Room bar to show your ticket upon arrival. Tickets will also be available for purchase here. - Your event ticket includes one complimentary drink ticket to use at either bar (Duckpin Room & Main hall). - Open mic speakers should sign up in the notebook near the stage. - Speakers are allowed two pieces at no more than a total of FIVE minutes. - To enter the raffle, take a ticket, fill out your name and the prompt, then fold it in half. Place it in the bag when done. Winner will be called at the end of the open mic. It’s free to enter! - The restrooms are located off the main hall. - Doors will open at 5 pm. The open mic will start at 6 pm SHARP. Please plan to arrive early to grab your seat and get settled. Feel free to check out vendors, socialize, grab a drink, or enjoy some food from Carroll & Sons in the main hall. - The open mic will close out around 9 pm. - We are committed to the safety and comfort of all guests and condemn any bullying, violence, abuse, harassment, or hate speech. Happy September, Writers! We’re shooting for our first ~outdoor~ meet up this month, weather permitting. Will update as we can on the day of 😊 Details: When: Sat, Sept 19, 11am-1pm Where: Good Neighbor Patio (entrance ramp is to the left of the coffee shop entrance). Parking: Free street parking all around, with little metered parking on some streets. What to bring: Your preferred writing materials! If you roll up with a laptop, bring it fully charged, as there may be very limited outlets available.
