Hello, it’s Aly from BWC. Someone asked me if I’m an “aspiring poet” the other day. Aspiration is a funny thing. I’m only aspiring to be a poet in the sense that I’ll always be reaching for a better poem. If you never believe you’ve achieved your best work, it’s always ahead of you. Stay humble my friends & keep at it. Our October event is full but keep an eye out for November’s date!

Our first writing workshop was excellent! Huge thanks to @poet_km for leading us through fun experimentation with different scientific theories and how to incorporate them when writing metaphors! 🧪👩‍🔬🧬

We can’t wait to host more of these workshops…if you attended, what was your favorite prompt of the session?
