Za nami Next Generation Performance International Conference 2026 - wydarzenie, które po raz kolejny pokazało, jak duży potencjał ma nasze środowisko, gdy spotyka się w jednym miejscu po wymianę wiedzy i doświadczeń. Dziękujemy wszystkim uczestnikom za obecność, zaufanie, zaangażowanie i energię, którą wnieśliście w te dni.

Jesteśmy naprawdę zbudowani, czytając Wasze oceny w ankietach ewaluacyjnych. Mamy poczucie, że wspólnie zrobiliśmy coś na prawdę dużego: połączyliśmy ludzi z różnych obszarów sportu, medycyny i nauki, a jednocześnie stworzyliśmy przestrzeń, w której specjaliści mogą konfrontować swoją praktykę z wiedzą, doświadczeniem i spostrzeżeniami najlepszych ekspertów w branży.

Obiecujemy, że ten projekt będzie się rozwijał - drzwi pozostają otwarte. Każdy, kto będzie chciał współtworzyć to wydarzenie, na pewno znajdzie w nim swoje miejsce. Czekają nas liczne zmiany i liczymy na ich pozytywny odbiór, bo naszym celem jest konsekwentne podnoszenie jakości i użyteczności tego, co robimy.

Już teraz możemy też powiedzieć jedno: pierwsze kontrakty na 2027 rok są podpisane. A przez cały 2026 rok będziemy oferować branżowe kursy stacjonarne z udziałem topowych światowych nazwisk - tak, aby NGP było nie tylko konferencją oraz ośrodkiem treningowym, ale także całoroczną platformą rozwoju dla praktyków.

We are proud to welcome @c.bosse to the lineup of speakers at the Next Generation Performance International Conference 2026 in Kraków, Poland!

As a young sport science student, Christian dreamed of working in high-performance sport. Two decades later, he looks back on a career that not only fulfilled that dream — it surpassed it. Over the past 20 years, Christian has supported 20 Olympians, 13 Olympic medallists, including 7 Olympic champions, as well as 23 World Champions across multiple disciplines.

For the last two years, Christian has served as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the German Cycling Federation, where he oversees S&C support for the national track cycling team. He also plays a crucial role in educating and mentoring regional coaches, helping elevate the federation’s strength and conditioning standards nationwide.

Before working in elite cycling, Christian contributed to several national and international sporting bodies, including the National Olympic Committee of the Netherlands, Catalan Tennis Federation, British Lawn Tennis Association, International Tennis Federation, and the Chinese Olympic Committee.

Christian holds degrees in Sport Science from Germany and Spain and is accredited by multiple leading S&C organisations:
– UKSCA Accredited S&C Coach
– NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS)
– ASCA Level 2 S&C Coach
– Master in International Sport Management
His career reflects a rare blend of practical achievement, global perspective, and educational leadership — a combination that has shaped some of the strongest and most powerful athletes in modern elite sport.
