There’s something powerful about gathering in a circle and letting the drums speak. 🥁

This past session, we explored Afro-Dominican rhythms, tradition, and connection—where every beat carries history, identity, and community.

From first-time participants to experienced drummers, we created a space where culture becomes healing, and rhythm becomes language.

This is more than music. This is legacy in motion.

Healing doesn’t always come in silence.
Sometimes it comes in rhythm.

Drumming, connection, community—this is wellness too.

Tag someone who needs this energy.

Wellness is not just a system — it’s a rhythm.

It lives in what we eat, where we rest, and how we move through the city.

If you have Medicaid and live in Brooklyn, Queens, or Manhattan, support may already be closer than you think.

Take a moment for yourself.
