These past few months have been a whirlwind, and my heart is so full. I feel beyond grateful for every opportunity, every experience, and every blessing God has placed in our lives.

In just a month and a half, I got engaged to my amazing partner, John, and together we bought our first home. None of this would have been possible without our village. Thank you to our family for your unconditional love and support. Our home is already filled with so much love and beautiful memories, and I can’t wait to see all the moments still to come.

I’m also so honored to stand beside my sister, my brother in law, and Maria and Hayden on their wedding days. What a privilege it is to celebrate such a special season with the people I love.

In the middle of it all, I finished another school year with a 4.0 GPA, with just one more year until I earn my master’s degree.

None of these blessings would feel the same without the incredible people who surround us. Thank you to our family and friends for loving, encouraging, and celebrating us every step of the way. Gracias por tanto amor.

And to John, thank you for believing in me, cheering me on, and editing every one of my 10 plus page essays. Thank you for walking through every season of life with me. I couldn’t do this without you. Te amo. by @c__mels

I’m incredibly grateful for life and for the abundance of blessings I had the privilege of experiencing this year.
