Some weeks feel like a marathon, but Kash reminded us that small moments of care still count — a walk, a movie night, a quiet routine with her favorite Glo Melanin products. 🤎✨

Because GLOing isn’t about perfection… it’s about consistency, grace, and taking care of yourself through the busy seasons too.

A Glo-ing Morning w/ Kash ☀️💛 Kash invited us into her slow, grounding morning — skincare moments, cozy robe energy, walking the pups, unboxing packages, dancing in the kitchen, and ending with a warm cup of tea.

This is what Glo Melanin is all about: routines that feel gentle, peaceful, and full of intention. When you take your time, your GLO shows up with you everywhere. ✨ by @cacheblanche

It started with one goal — to help women of color see their beauty reflected back at them. But what’s grown from that goal is something deeper.

It’s the laughter that fills a room when you’re surrounded by women who get it.
The peace that comes with protecting your boundaries.
The confidence of knowing your skin, your story, your GLO — are all yours.

The Glo Table represents that energy. It’s not just a dinner — it’s a reflection of our community: women who celebrate each other, speak life into each other, and show up GLOing — inside and out.

As we reveal our rebrand and step into a new era, this is our reminder that GLOing isn’t just about how you look… it’s about how you live. 💛

took a much needed rest & reset courtesy of and hosted by @drmarshaevans & Glo Melanin ! Marsha took us through a guided breath work session where we had the opportunity to ground ourselves and release any tension we’d been carrying. afterward we got to participate in a few different activities of our choosing. the services that were available were: red light therapy + lymphatic compression massage, cold plunge, sauna & pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy + red light therapy. I opted to do the red light therapy + lymphatic compression, cold plunge (reluctantly), and sauna. the light therapy + massage was a great way to calm myself before taking that plunge into the 7 C/ 45 F water; definitely an experience to say the least lol 10/10 would recommend for mental fortitude, -8/10 for conserving body heat 🥶 but the sauna took care of that for me lol huge shout out to @glomelanin_ and @shift.wellnessclub for providing this space for us to reset, thank you ! 🤍🤍🤍

Benefits:

Red Light Therapy:
• increased collagen production
• enhances mitochondria function
• reduces inflammation

Lymphatic Compression Massage:
• increases flow of lymph fluid and blood which can
• helps reduce swelling and inflammation
• improves circulation
•helps accelerate recovery

Cold Plunge:
• accelerated muscle recovery
• reduced inflammation
• improved circulation
• enhanced immune function
• boosted metabolism
• stress tolerance

Sauna:
• improvement cardiovascular health
• reduce stress
• soothe sore muscles

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy:
• helps to reduce pain and inflammation

i’m interested to know, would you try any of these different wellness activities ? 👀
