I’m constantly reminded of how powerful community truly is and to notice again-and-again what happens when we come together with open hearts, ready to breathe, release, and heal is just amazing

During The Glo Reset (sponsored by @glomelanin_ 🙌🏾), we did breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge… but it was so much deeper than that. I watched people melt into tears, laughter, and connection. We hugged, we released, we held space for each other in ways that words can’t fully describe.

There was something sacred about it this mini retreat. It was a reminder that healing doesn’t have to happen alone. That when we gather in safe spaces, we remember who we are.

To everyone who showed up — thank you for trusting the process, for allowing yourselves to let go and glow.
