POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

hi everybody,

its with immense excitement i announce the release of my new record, Fire Walk With Me, out everywhere on October 30th. this is pretty crazy for me to say- this record has been my life for the past 3 years and has followed me through so many iterations of myself.

its about ego death, withdrawal, and learning to be a better human, and is my most complete project to date. i never knew if this was something i could finish, but we're here and its happening. i've poured myself into this record, and am so excited for y'all to hear it. pre-save at the link in bio, physicals coming soon.

to celebrate, i've teamed up with my booking outfit, @strikelightmedia, and the wonderful people at @get2thegigbos to put together some amazing album release shows, which are put together with my favorite bands in the whole world (and one more band to announce for boston).

@pintail_band, @cellardoor_nh, @fawns.band.nh, @parachute_club, @thoughtsickband, thank you all so much for joining me for these shows. i'm so excited to play alongside y'all, and y'all agreeing to be a part of this means so much to me :)

tickets for boston available at the link in bio, tickets for manchester available at the door. thank you all, i hope to catch you at one of these!

it's been long enough... its probably time to introduce you all to the band, the incredible musicians who take the things i make on my computer and transform them into the amazing live arrangements you get to hear with your earholes 🔊

MAX - bass (she/they)
-------
keeping the low-end grooving is the one and only max kozal. a wizard in booking and management, and a rare bassist that actually uses the top 3 strings! also the band's in-house daoboys superfan ✨

COLIN - drums (he/him)
-------
keeping the band in time with metronome precision and spicy fills is colin mcellhenney! what comes out of his drum sticks is what i would call magic, although most people would refer to it as "sweat" 💦

CHRIS - lead guitar (he/him)
-------
getting busy with the guitar leads is non-other than our kramer superstar, chris galvao! the stuff that took me hours of takes to record he plays with ease, and for the love of god pls get this man a @kramerguitarsus endorsement 😭😭😭

CADE - obligatory twink (they/them)
-------
and finally the one u may or may not know, me!! i'm generally holding down the rhythm guitar and vox on stage, however that definitely switches up depending on the song. while all the songs are originally written by me, everyone brings their own spin on what we play, and it makes something thats fucking sick and that i'm incredibly proud of 🫶

we are cade earick and friends, and the fact that i get to play music with three of my best friends in the world means everything to me. thank y'all for tuning in, we'll see y'all at an upcoming show <3 taken in Somerville, Massachusetts by @cadeearick

have these photos in place of a love letter to my rat committee and the volunteers that made the fest successful beyond our wildest dreams 💘

when I got my film back after the fest, I was so excited I rushed to scan all the rolls without cleaning off my scanning setup. I fully intended on rescanning but after I showed these to the rats we decided we liked the dust because PERFECT ISNT BETTER!

I could say 1000 more things about rat****** 3 but I think I will keep it short and sweet this time around. thank u love u see u in 2027 xoxo taken in Union Square (Somerville) by @cadeearick

this is a post i've waited a long time to make, and now feels like the right time to make it.

its almost been a month since we got to take the stage at crystal ballroom for @niceafest, and i am beyond grateful we got to be a part of this amazing lineup. seeing all of my friends and the incredible community members i've met through doing sound in boston was such a treat, and so thankful to everybody who stopped in during our set.

@someburgers and @get2thegigbos, thank you for being my family in boston and giving me the opportunity to be a part of what you do.

@max_kozol_bass, @colinmcedrums, and @chrisgalvao1, thank you for taking these songs i've recorded alone and making them so far beyond what i could've ever conceived them to be. it's amazing to be able to play music with your friends.

and to all the bands that played dragons lair (and sunday morning at the rockwell lol), thank you for entrusting me to run your sound and for bringing amazing fucking music.

to be able to be a part of this community is such a privilege, and i'm so excited to show y'all what is coming next. stay tuned <3

debuted this one at @niceafest and had some people asking me about it, so this is a lil song called "doors". it's quite possibly one of my favorite things i've ever written, and excited to share it with y'all fully after this upcoming album cycle <3

fest recap coming soon, lots of really cool things coming down the pipeline, appreciate you all!

🥛GOOD GRIEF BY MILK ST.👶🏻

MILKERS REJOICE! Our third record “Good Grief” is out 09/25 with the title track single out on 08/23! This is a record I wrote through a lot of dissociation and some of the hardest times of my life during late 2023 and early 2024. Recording and finishing the record with some of my best friends @harry_is_burning, @gabrielischambers, and @cadeearick was an incredibly cathartic process and I think that comes through in the music as a lot of honesty and genuinely. Thank you all for your patience and I can’t wait to share this project with y’all🫶
