✨ We’re excited to introduce Flow Frequency ✨

For years, we’ve dreamed of creating a local gathering that brings together the things we love most: music, movement, wellness, and authentic community.

Through our journey with Dub Sutra, we’ve witnessed the power of music to open hearts, inspire connection, and create moments that people remember long after the music ends. We wanted to create a space where that same spirit could come together with yoga, breath, healing, and meaningful human connection.

Flow Frequency is the result.

Join us for a beautiful day of yoga, live music, sound healing, healthy food and tonics, local vendors, and community in the courtyard at La Jolla Wellness Center.

We’re honored to be joined by Jano Galindo, whose uplifting approach to yoga blends movement, breathwork, dance, meditation, and presence. Throughout the day, Dub Sutra will be weaving live music and healing frequencies into the experience.

Our intention is simple:

To create a space where people can slow down, connect, move, breathe, and raise our vibration together.

We would love for you to be part of this first gathering.

📍 La Jolla Wellness Center
📅 Sunday, August 2
⏰ 10am–3pm

Capacity is limited.
