A little look back at the very first Flow Frequency ✨

We had such an amazing day bringing together music, movement, wellness, and community. Seeing so many people show up, flow together, connect, and spend the day with us made it even better than we imagined.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, shared their gifts, helped make the day happen, and supported our first event. We’re so grateful to all of you. 💛

And a special thank you to our amazing photographers/videographers, Mario Covic and Eli Martin for capturing the day so beautifully! 📸

And this is only the beginning! We’re excited to keep growing Flow Frequency and bringing it back with the seasons. 🌿

Thank you to everyone who came out for our very first Flow Frequency. 🤍

This is always our favorite part of our sets. There’s something really special about sharing music during savasana and feeling everyone settle into a moment of stillness together.

Thank you to our incredible yoga teacher, all of our vendors and volunteers, and everyone who spent their Sunday with us. Your support means so much.

We’re already looking forward to the next one. ✨

One of our favorite moments from a past live yoga experience. 🩵

There’s something powerful about watching an entire community settle into stillness as live music fills the space. For a few minutes, everything slows down.

We’re looking forward to creating that feeling again at Flow Frequency on August 2 in La Jolla.

Join us for an afternoon of yoga, live music, sound healing, wellness experiences, conscious vendors, healthy café offerings, and community.

We’d love to share this experience with you.

🎟️ Tickets available through the link in our bio.

We’ve been dreaming about creating an event like this for a long time.

A space where music, movement, healing, creativity, and community come together in a beautiful outdoor setting.

On Sunday, August 2, we’re bringing that vision to life with Flow Frequency at La Jolla Wellness Center.

Join us for an all-levels yoga experience with Jano Galindo, live music by Dub Sutra, an extended sound healing savasana, conscious vendors, healing arts, healthy café offerings, and an afternoon of connection.

Whether you come with friends or arrive on your own, we hope you’ll leave feeling nourished, inspired, and more connected to yourself and your community.

We’d love to have you there.

Tickets available through the link in bio.

We love seeing our home facility, Rancho Riding Club, featured in the San Diego Union-Tribune! We feel incredibly lucky that Westwood is able to call this special place in Rancho Santa Fe home and to be part of such a wonderful local equestrian community.

It’s exciting to see the community continuing to grow through events like Ponies & Pastries in collaboration with Cafe 477 and beyond. Thank you to everyone who helps make Rancho Riding Club such a special place.

Check out the link in our bio to read the full article, where Alisa Brady’s “Rolo” also gets a feature!

🤠 yeehaw!

We had our first monthly Ponies & Pastries gathering at the clubhouse Saturday morning. It was a wonderful casual gathering for all of us and was such a fantastic way for all of us from the different disciplines to come together and spend time with each other - and our horses! (And ponies) 🤭

It was such a treat getting to see @taylor_cassar and sample the awesome pastries from @cafe_477 😋🥐🍰

Looking forward to increasing our community presence as we get this going in 2026 🎠
