FIRST TATTOO - BIONIC LEG! 🦾
•
I love love the ripped skin style tattoos & there is a meaning behind why I got this!😊
•
For years whilst running I’ve got injured (like most) but it’s always always always been my right leg - my hamstring, quad, calf & glute … after all the years of rehab & strengthening my right leg its basically bionic & part machine by now! 🦾🦾

AND JUST LIKE THAT TRACK SEASON IS OVER!🥹
•
this track season has had me feeling like I was living on cloud 9!
•
I ended my season today at the national league in the 3k running another sub 9mins finishing in the top 3! ☑️
its the first time I’ve ever ran sub 9 twice in one season & I more or less equalled my PB from last year too!
•
I’ve had a dream track season and I’m so proud of it!!🥲
•
time to rest up & relax with no running for a little while before starting the winter grind next month! 😴

DOUBLE RACE WEEK TRAFFORD PRIX 1500M/5K!☠️
•
tuesday night I ran a 1500m & equalled my PB from last year running my 3rd fastest time ever.
It also meant it’s the first time I’ve gone under 4.10 more than once in a season! 🤩
•
I’m in the honest corner right now - i had an absolute shocker at northern league 5k today felt sluggish & awful right from the start!
•
I think I’m over cooked & maybe due a rest! 😴
