if music be the food of love…

if i may speak a little: three years ago, a seventeen-year-old cypress sent their high school theatre teacher a long email in the middle of the night pitching a vampire twelfth night. i don’t think they could have ever imagined that show would be the first full length play they direct, or the beautiful group of people that would help them realize this dream. i am ever so thankful for every rehearsal, every revelation, every bit, every flowchart on a pub aff chalkboard. what a joy and honor to work with so many people who continue to inspire me and make me smile every single day.

love sought is good, but given unsought better.
