The selftape blooper context is that I’m doing auditions without curtains (or unpacking boxes). When I’m not auditioning you’ll find me making uniform for an art gallery job that has led me to make more art (find more feathers) after beautiful (& scary) messages were passed as omens from visitor birds (angels) as I discover more on the artists way! #artinspiration #birds #feathers by @caita_couture

POV: You are an Andy & Miranda 2 in 1 👠
Storytime: Watching The Devil Wears Prada 2 with money I don’t have for a ticket in this month was treated like me creating my own premiere mentally #iamanactor …When I was finally able to go, the show was sold out so after attending an audition the following day ,with the character description basically being Andy in the movie, I no longer cared about the dinner specials - I just wanted to watch the damn movie @thelabia and booked lol! Anyway two weeks later I am here to say it was worth a self diagnosed ankle sprain on the same foot with temporary nerve paralysis after an unforgettable night! Not being able to do without an ankle strap made making this reel a touchy subject but I was also focused on @findingmyappetite … & now it still doesn’t stop me from dancing my way through life and it’s only made me more cynical, kidding. It’s only made me realise that if we must all fall like Jesus fell many times, it was so worth going to the movies alone and meeting the coolest people! Cause original lifestyles will always be like a mucking fovie! So by the end of this night I was just grateful for my security guard who saw me down bad and helped even though I still wanted to mop the spills my ankle twitch/ lazy toe and dramatic fall caused! And yes I thanked Security with freshly baked cupcakes. Cause I’ve been in denial of calling this an injury and it only lead to a new one after stopping physio and being strong in those heels. No matter how much I’ve shared about how numb & painless not being able to lift my toe is- 2 weeks ago I actually felt pain and dramatically said to my mom I don’t care if Tropika doesn’t take me but it’s only getting better and I still believe I can win🤟🏽 #winning #illtelloprahproperlyoneday by @caita_couture

Visual representation of me calling Mummy at minor inconveniences (like Mum I’m 28 but I jammed my finger) like Andy chasing Miranda calls in a day👠

Dancer Story:
This picture takes me back to this song & brings back memories, from 2009, of me performing Starstruck with a disco stick (tinsel wrapped around a broomstick) and sequins hat as child- to creating a whole other routine for this song as it came out. Phone cameras couldn’t capture as much as we do now but I’m on the hunt for any videotapes of me dancing back in the day. Whether I was wearing a jabawockee mask with my crew , holding a disco stick, dancing Bollywood or performing Telephone. Please help me find these treasured videos 😂😭🙏🏽👵🏽📼 by @caita_couture

Fashion Story:
Dressed by @caita_couture wearing the heels I intended on styling ,and spoke about falling in , the day my leopard print boots insisted on being my art that saves the day for the first night of fashion - I had to break the fear of falling on my face in these and show up on Saturday after enough rest👠(a fall- from really struggling to walking in those things on Friday😂-that caused no further damage to temporary nerve paralysis from a previous fall🙇🏽‍♀️(the relevant nerves will soon lift one stilleto at a time). Much like the story of Devi in the series Never have I ever , recovery can really come at any time. Tomorrow, next week, a month… whilst I learn to not focus on my inability I am loving this story of faith until I can lift my right foot again- the nerve 🦶🏽👠doesn’t hold me back xoxo gossip girl by @caita_couture
