There’s a specific kind of peace that comes from realizing the threads of our lives are inseparable.

A theme I have experienced lately is that joy and woe are woven so fine you can’t tell where one ends and the other begins. It feels safe, somehow, knowing it’s all connected.

Slowly beginning to learn that the middle isn't a place to get through, but rather a place where the magic happens. My focus is on learning to love the version of myself that is unravelling and rebuilding. Not quite who I was, not yet who I am becoming, but deeply grateful for the process. Letting go and leaning in. This is the way. 🌻

Lately, I've been feeling the call to slow down - to truly soak up every small, beautiful detail this temporary life has to offer. We are so much more than these bodies; we are eternal souls having a fleeting human experience. The certainty of an ending - that one day this beautiful body we call home will be gone - isn't a source of sadness, it's the ultimate permission to be free, and is the most powerful reason to start living. To feel everything - the sharp edges of loss and the tender warmth of love. To experience grief and joy completely, and to fill this one life with so much meaning that the love echoes forever. 🌻

Slowing down to see the beauty is the real work. Be present. Be peaceful. Be love.

This October was more than just a month; it offered profound shifts and new perspectives. My heart holds the essence, proving that the things that truly matter are never forgotten, despite my belief that my memory is suspect. This time, this month, was imprinted on my soul.

I found deep intellectual connection in conversations, and special friendships with the beautiful beings at @vala.house - a place that truly makes you feel at home, where every shared moment is a gift.

Some of the most beautiful moments came during time spent in nature, feeling a sense of 'I am here'-ness. It's amazing how simple, conscious breath can bring the world into focus, and create pure, unadulterated connection. 🌻

I truly learned to look inward and to express outward, discovering new depth and seeing the world's most delicate golden glimmers. I let myself feel everything wholeheartedly, trusting the process from confusion to clarity, and embracing everything in between.

October was full of blessings, rich experiences, and vital lessons. My heart is full.
