Ran the Bighorn 100 this past weekend. This race required me to dig deeper than I ever have to make it across the finish line. There is a lot to learn and process from what happened out there. For now, I can say it was one of the greatest challenges I have taken on in one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. I could not have done it without the support of my amazing wife and my brother, who paced me for 33 miles! Love you both so much! by @caiusnighthawk

Ran the Mines of Spain 100 miler this past weekend. Had such a fantastic experience. The weather was great, course was beautiful, and I had my wife and some friends there supporting me. Started the race with my buddy Ray and shared the first 40 miles with him. @mark.dowdle paced me for the last 40 miles which was such a huge help! He kept the morale and the pace on point, can’t thank him enough! My lovely wife and @lucy.coy held down the crew station and made sure I was stocked up for each lap. The crew @minesofspain100 does such a great job putting this event on, I will definitely be back! taken in Dubuque, Iowa by @caiusnighthawk

Finished my second Duluth run last weekend. 165 miles from Duluth to Minneapolis over 3 days. It was an absolutely epic adventure. There were many highs and plenty of lows. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys to grind out the miles with 🤘Already starting to scheme about better strategies for next year! by @caiusnighthawk

Ran the Ring the Springs 100 miler over the weekend. This was my second attempt at a 100 mile race and I am so stoked to have gotten it done! The course was challenging with around 14,500 ft of elevation gain and a high point of 11,500 ft above sea level! Ivy did an amazing job keeping me fed and in good spirits, couldn’t do these big adventures without her! Time for some rest and a beer or two. taken in Colorado Springs, Colorado by @caiusnighthawk

Ran the St. Croix 40 miler overnight. The weather made it extra challenging! Had to problem solve to stay warm and keep my water from freezing. It was a hell of an adventure 🤘 My amazing wife braved the cold to cheer me on, she is the best! Had a strong second half of the race (negative split by 40 min.) and managed to snag 7th place! by @caiusnighthawk

That’s a wrap on our trip to Oregon. We started with my race on the coast, we spent some time exploring the coast after the race, and then we finished with a trip to wine country for Ivy’s birthday. It was a fantastic vacation with my favorite adventure partner in the whole world! taken in Oregon Coast by @caiusnighthawk

Ran the Secret Beach 100k yesterday. It was a beautiful course along the coast of southern Oregon. Very challenging race that pushed my limits. Ivy did a fantastic job keep me fueled up and in good spirits during the race, she is amazing! Celebrating finishing our Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree! It has been quite the journey. We started doing pre-requisite classes in 2019, got our associates degree and started working in 2022, and now finished our bachelor’s degree. It has been a hard process but so worth it! by @caiusnighthawk

Yesterday I ran the Grand Round Inifinity. It links the St. Paul and Minneapolis Grand Rounds. It was a great day enjoying my home town. I had lots of ups and downs and had to dig deep into the pain cave to finish strong, but I wouldn’t have it any other way 🤘 Big thank you to Zach for pacing me for some miles and to my wife for being my crew for the last 1/3rd and bringing me back to life 😂 Also, shoutout to @mark.dowdle for saying hey, can’t believe I met someone else who has run to Duluth! by @caiusnighthawk
