Floatation therapy has totally changed my life. It has helped me transform my awareness from “I am this body” to “I am a soul that lives in this body temporarily“. Every aspect of my life has up leveled since I began my float practice 8 years ago. My mind, body and spirit are all so close to my awareness that I can sense when I am even slightly off, and I know exactly what I need to regain my wholeness. I hope everyone on this planet has a practice or place that they can go whenever they need healing. We hella deserve it. by @cali_k_lee

Straight up, when you commit to wellness consistently, it builds a level of resilience you wouldn’t believe.The difference between my life before I invested in my well being and my life now is unbelievable.I used to try to control everything. Now I’ve learned I can’t control much at all, only how I show up, how I respond, and how I take care of myself. Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for everything else.
