A murder of doves are preparing to move thru some universes and into the caverns of your ears to lay eggs hatching more universes of thoughts & ideas

We are trailing clouds of glorified mistakes fumbling with an affinity for infinity by @calqtek

Three years

and the universe still has not learned
how to kill this thing

It just changes its clothes
puts on another mask
grows another mouth
hands me a map with the roads erased
and asks if I still know where I am going

I don't

Maybe that is the point

The Dove keeps flying into windows
The Tiger keeps chewing through its cage
Love keeps dressing itself as anger
Anger keeps leaving flowers at the door

Somewhere between them
I keep making a record

Three years of strange weather
dead ends growing new limbs
clocks eating their own hands
doors becoming walls
walls becoming doors

I have learned not every loss is subtraction

Sometimes the universe takes something
and leaves a hole big enough
for something better to crawl through

So I crawl too
bruised
laughing
pissed off
grateful
carrying whatever pieces still glow

There are a thousand versions of this record
buried in universes I never reached

This is the one that survived

Or maybe
this is the one still becoming

The Dove circles above
The Tiger waits below
and somewhere between love and forever

I am still moving

The people you meet wearing a Skinny Puppy shirt at fkn Fry's' who happen to be creators of light and dark! Killer day. Also random, I sat next to a bad ass bassist who lives in PHX from Seattle, and spent the whole flight connecting over Pantera and Sepultura and dedicating one's life to creating music even 20 years out. Great vacation this week! Props to all those creating and playing and putting yourself out there for years and years.

Evolution, may every trip around the sun contribute to your full artistic awakening!
