It's January Again

Wake me up once time has passed
And all these wounds of mine have healed
Come what may I be not me
They will paint me as you will
Clinging to my island
To weak to save this wreck
Why can't I be like them?

It's January Again
It's January Again
It's January Again
It's January Again

A symphony of quarks I shatter
Never to be pieced together
A symphony of quarks I shatter
Never to be pieced together again

Can anyone save me from this hell
Take my breath, hold my hand
A wretched ghost, I'm not well
Killing me slowly as fast as you can
I brought this on myself
Falling on swords a gamble lost
I threw away the only love I had

It's January Again
It's January Again
It's January Again
It's January Again

A symphony of quarks I shatter
Never to be pieced together
A symphony of quarks I shatter
Never to be pieced together again

62 Dead Balloons [ @62_deadballoons ] return with “It’s January Again,” the powerful third single from their forthcoming album Where Shadows Find Their Grace. The track unfolds in brooding textures and melancholic atmosphere, driven by a haunting guitar performance from Geoff Metts. Accompanied by a stark new video, the single continues to shape the band’s emerging signature—shadowed electronics, introspective vocals, and a cinematic sense of decay and beauty.
