First of all,I want to say thank you for @willxmonty,we met up with each other just last week and trained together only once,but we achieved our initial goals in all three races,that’s amazing!

@michaelmelly852 The night before the race,we knew there were many strong teams and the competition field.You said we had to give it our all to get on the podium,you didn‘t want to fly to Shanghai only do the relay and come back without a relay flag.Finally,we did it🔥

@jeremymcconnellcooke @davekelly_coaching Thank you for the advice and encouragement before the race.I‘m happy to be with you in Hong Kong and Shanghai

HYROX Shenzhen Mixed Relay 54:39 Overall🥈
This team was put together at the last minute before registration.It‘s our first time teaming up,we were great team and happily our relay is currently the third fastest in China.
