My 2025 @pca_official British finals routine 🚀

Absolutely over the moon with this. There’s always one thing I hold myself to and it’s posing with purpose and intent to show everyone what you’re really about. If you don’t have a good routine I feel you can be overlooked. Yes we don’t get judged however it’s the just the icing on the cake for bringing that perfect package to the stage!

I’ve always stood by these words too and so should everyone else. It takes decades to build a pro level physique but not even a year to pose/present yourself like one so don’t fall short on this…. It definitely will show if the practice has not been put in 🎨

Also props to whoever airdropped me my routine with such good qual you the real mvp🫡😅 taken in Telford International Centre by @cam_cleaver

3rd overall for Cam on the bounce today but this one was always the special one!. This was the one that mattered and we brought the best Cam anyone has ever seen,

A line up of 16 with multiple PCA pros, overall champions made it a seriously competitive line up and I couldn’t be happier.

Huge win for Cam, onto the next we go and that’s 13 overalls for the season so far and we are no where near done 😎 by @cam_cleaver

This has been nothing short of amazing, having known Cam for the last 10 years, we actually first trained together when he was 17 👶🏼 …which would have made me about 21 😉😂😂

I can’t tell you how happy & fulfilled I am finally seeing Cam at 100% what I always knew he was capable of since working with the king @jakewatts_amp 🥹🫶🏽

Another week another show! Had a lot of fun back up there @bpa_uk and extremely happy with the package I have brought to the stage bare in mind @jakewatts_amp has not used and food/water manipulation at all so no peak. In the 10 years I’ve been bodybuilding for I’ve never enjoyed a season this much in my life. Just trying to get myself out there and do as many shows as possible (forever missing the Pca regionals) we are at our very first peak week of the season and really looking to see the finished product. I don’t expect to even win my class this weekend due to the standard being so high and will be more than happy with a top 3! All that matters is I improve from show to show and cannot wait to catch up with everyone in the industry at 2bros this weekend. It’s going to be good fun seeing a lot of familiar faces and sharing the stage with them!
