Qué locura pensar que hace un año hacía esto por primera vez, y que un año después lo haría de nuevo.

Estuve mucho más nerviosa antes de comenzar, creo que yo sola me puse más expectativas por no querer lesionarme, querer disfrutar toda la ruta, e incluso de cierta forma por estar entrenando con más personas a mi alrededor. Pero la verdad es que, a pesar de que una dosis de nervios es necesaria para hacer cualquier cosa difícil, no vale la pena que las expectativas se lo lleven todo por delante. Porque a pesar de que fue una carrera difícil, de que el sol no dejó de quemar, de que hubo que ajustar tiempos y planes y en algunos momentos solo esperar lo mejor, creo que ha sido uno de los días de correr más divertidos que he vivido hasta ahora. Gracias a todas las personas que me mandaron canciones, a las compañeras inesperadas cuya compañía necesitaba más de lo que sabía, y a todo el grupo @racketsandrunners con el que he tenido la dicha de entrenar por el último par de años. A mis amigos que me recibieron con porras y sonrisas en la meta, a mi familia que tengo siempre cerca aunque estén lejos, y a @enchilaudas por creer en mí aún cuando yo me creo que el mundo se me cae encima.

¿Es una pequeña locura? Sí. Y claro que lo quiero hacer otra vez.

sí, efectivamente, ya es abril…
y sí, efectivamente, apenas terminé este resumen a medias de la locura, el caos, la alegría y la suerte que fue el año pasado.

me parece casi un sueño ahora, y no puedo sino pensar que es todo un privilegio el tener momentos así que olvidar a ratos y redescubrir para siempre.

esta sigue siendo mi pequeña manera de decir gracias al mundo y a todas las personas que lo forman, lo hacen y lo re-hacen de nuevo todos los días - qué dicha compartir tiempo con ustedes.

and yes, indeed, i’ve just finished this haphazard recap of the craziness, the chaos, the happiness and serendipity that was last year.

it almost seems like a dream now, and i can’t help but think what a privilege it is to have moments like this to forget every once in a while and rediscover forever.

this remains my small way of thanking the world and all the people that make it up and that re-make it every single day - what a joy it is to share time with you.
