A little pinch-me moment… 💗

I was recently interviewed by @boldjourneymag for my very first published interview, and I still can’t believe it 🥹

When I moved to the United States, I never imagined where life would take me. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—student, wife, mom, and now content creator. This journey hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge has taught me something valuable.

In this interview, I share more about my story, the lessons I’ve learned along the way, and what inspired me to start creating content. It’s a reminder that growth often happens when we step outside our comfort zones and believe in ourselves a little more than we did yesterday.

I’m so thankful for every laugh, every adventure, every meal shared, and every little moment that reminded me how precious this season of life is 🦋✨

I know adding captions to your talking reels takes a little extra time, but trust me… it’s worth it.

Think about where people are watching Instagram. They’re at work, lying in bed while someone else is sleeping, waiting at appointments, on the train, or just scrolling with their phone on mute. If they can’t understand what you’re saying right away, there’s a good chance they’ll keep scrolling.

Captions make your content easier to follow, help people stay engaged, and give viewers a reason to stick around even if they can’t turn the volume on.

I add captions to every talking reel because I want people to get value from my content no matter where they’re watching.

If you create talking videos, don’t skip this step. It may seem small, but it can make a big difference.

I walked into the living room this morning and found the cutest little Toy Story lineup waiting for me. 🥹💗 It took me a second to realize one of my girls had lined them all up before bed.

It’s little moments like this that remind me how magical childhood really is. One day these toys will be packed away, but I’ll always remember mornings like this. by @camila_potash

Watching my daughter grow up bilingual has been one of the greatest joys of my life. 💗🇧🇷💗🇺🇸💗

There was a time when she understood both Portuguese and English but struggled to express herself. I remember worrying, wondering if she would catch up. Today, she’s graduating 2nd grade, thriving, confident, and speaking both languages beautifully.

Raising bilingual children isn’t always easy, but it is such a gift. She gets to carry two languages, two cultures, and so much love from both countries in her heart.

My sweet girl, I am so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and of the kind, smart, hardworking person you are becoming. Keep shining, keep learning, and never forget how special it is to be both Brazilian and American. 🇧🇷🇺🇸

🦋Instagram just made carousel posts even better! 👀 If you haven’t heard about this new feature yet, you’re going to want to start using it ASAP!

Swipe left to see what’s new and read the different captions for each slide! ⏪

The update is finally here! 🎉 Instagram now lets you add a different caption to every slide in your carousel. Such a simple change, but it opens up so many possibilities!! 💃

I’ve been waiting for a feature like this! 🙌 There are so many creative ways to use it, and I think it’s going to make carousel posts even more engaging! 🥳

To use it, create a carousel like normal, then turn on ✨Multiple Captions✨. From there, you can write a unique caption for each individual photo or video. Just like I did!

💗Instagram keeps giving carousel posts more love, and I’m here for it! If you’ve been sleeping on carousels, this might be your sign to start posting more of them.
