I walked into the living room this morning and found the cutest little Toy Story lineup waiting for me. 🥹💗 It took me a second to realize one of my girls had lined them all up before bed. It’s little moments like this that remind me how magical childhood really is. One day these toys will be packed away, but I’ll always remember mornings like this.

Watching my daughter grow up bilingual has been one of the greatest joys of my life. 💗🇧🇷💗🇺🇸💗 There was a time when she understood both Portuguese and English but struggled to express herself. I remember worrying, wondering if she would catch up. Today, she’s graduating 2nd grade, thriving, confident, and speaking both languages beautifully. Raising bilingual children isn’t always easy, but it is such a gift. She gets to carry two languages, two cultures, and so much love from both countries in her heart. My sweet girl, I am so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and of the kind, smart, hardworking person you are becoming. Keep shining, keep learning, and never forget how special it is to be both Brazilian and American. 🇧🇷🇺🇸 Mommy loves you and is so incredibly proud of you. 🥹🎓💗✨

My COVID baby graduated kindergarten yesterday, and I’m not crying… okay, maybe just a little. 🥹🎓💗 It feels like just yesterday I was holding this tiny little girl during one of the most uncertain times in the world. Now here she is, walking across the stage, smiling proudly, and getting ready for first grade. Watching her grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. She is kind, funny, smart, and full of love, and I couldn’t be more proud of the little person she is becoming. This school year flew by, and while my mama heart wishes time would slow down, I’m so excited to see all the amazing things waiting for her. Kindergarten, you were good to us. First grade, here we come! 💗✨

If you have a little one ending kindergarten, make sure to record every minute of it!! I’m glad I did! One day I’ll look back and miss this day with all my heart!! I’m so proud of her! She worked really hard and she learned everything that she was supposed to!! Mommy is so proud! First grade here we come!🥲🥹🫶💗
