POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Too many athletes are focusing on the wrong things for growth. College programs and NFL scouts aren’t evaluating you based on how you perform in shorts and a t-shirt—they want to see if you can dominate in pads and a helmet at a HIGH LEVEL. Winning a 1-on-1 or shining in 7-on-7 might catch their eye, but it’s your ability to execute during TACKLE FOOTBALL games that will set you apart.

At @warrior.acad and @levelupcamp_ , we work to equip our athletes with the tools they need to succeed at their current level and beyond. We focus on developing the skills, football IQ, and techniques that actually translate to tackle football. If you’re spending your offseason building habits and skills that won’t help you dominate this fall, you’re setting yourself up for failure at the next level.

Ask yourself: ‘Is what I’m doing today going to make me a better football player and help me earn a scholarship?’ If the answer is no, stop wasting your time and start doing the work that matters. Focus on becoming the kind of player who can read coverages, win your matchups, and dominate with pads on—not just in highlight clips.

GREAT message from Former NFL WR @campbellboydre during the @levelupcamp_ that was held at Kamehameha HS! 🔥🔥👏🏽👏🏽

Such an awesome message that can apply to ALL ages as well as ANY sport. If you want to be in that top 5% you have to be willing to do what other won’t. It won’t be easy but it’ll be worth it. 💯👏🏽🤙🏽

More @levelupcamp_ content on the way. 🎬

As school starts back, I have a message for EVERY HIGH SCHOOL Athlete listen to this message! Parents and athletes please share this message with your peers and fellow dreamchasers.

Don’t take for granted the opportunities that you have in front of you for you to chase your dreams in football. There are right in front of you, so focus and make the sacrifices necessary to improve your chances because once they are gone, you can’t get them back.

I’ve gone to the highest level of this game because I was willing to put the work in and make the sacrifices that most won’t. I got talked about, mocked, and made fun of because of my dedication to achieving more than what was portrayed as possible for black men from Oakland. I felt the obligation that as a former @oaklandtechfootball player and from the city that I had to give these athletes gems that would last the rest of their lives like was done for me with @beastmode , @head8cke , Delton Edwards (Rest in Peace 🙏🏾) and the entire high school coaching staff while I was in school.

They wouldn’t let me fail because they knew I had an opportunity to get school taken care of and that it was another kid off the streets and in college to better himself and see the world outside of Oakland. I’m thankful to say that I’ve done that and am motivated more than ever to share more of my life experiences and the journey that is ahead for these athletes. I want them to not just get where I’ve gotten to, but much further.

This @49ers Alumni Weekend is going to be especially meaningful to me because I have the opportunity to honor a woman who made a lasting impact on my life after my time playing with the San Francisco 49ers.

During my transition from professional football into discovering my purpose beyond the game, Chantaine Fauntleroy (@tinaworships ) was someone who consistently encouraged me, prayed for me, and believed in what I could become. Her words helped push me forward, and I’ve never forgotten that.

Since 2024, she has battled Triple Negative Breast Cancer three times, enduring chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and radiation treatments. In April 2026, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer that has spread throughout her body. Despite being told there is no cure, her faith remains unwavering.

Her words say it best: “I will believe the report of the Lord and LIVE! I’m going to live to see it happen!”

I was able to make her dream come true by getting her two tickets to the 49ers vs. Washington Commanders Monday Night Football game during Alumni Weekend, allowing us to share this special experience together.

For me, this is bigger than football. It’s an opportunity to give back to someone who poured into me when I was finding my way after the game, and to create a memory that celebrates her faith, strength, and the impact she’s had on my life.

This is what IMPACT OVER INFLUENCE is all about.

I’m incredibly grateful to the 49ers organization for helping make this moment possible.

What an amazing experience this week being part of Seattle’s inaugural NFL Wives Association Off The Field Girls Football Clinic!

I had the opportunity to lead drills alongside some incredible coaches in @scotty_law @kerryocei and the @atavusfootball Team, @derrek.t.thomas @lofa_tatupu and current @seahawks QB @milticketfour . We were all there helping these young ladies develop their football skills, build confidence, and compete! The energy, enthusiasm, and athleticism these girls brought was OFF THE CHARTS!

Huge shoutout to the @offthefieldnflwives and @dreacargill for bringing this incredible opportunity to the PNW! Thank you to all the coaches, volunteers, families, and supporters who helped make this event possible.

Most importantly, shoutout to every young lady who showed up ready to learn, compete, and GET BETTER! The future of girls’ football is BRIGHT and I’m excited to be a part of it!

This is why I love what I do. Football is bigger than the game. It’s about creating opportunities, building confidence, and making a lasting impact on the next generation of athletes!

Grateful to be part of moments like these and excited to see where the game takes these young women!

IMPACT OVER INFLUENCE! 🙏🏾🏈

Playing football taught me the game. Coaching has taught me people.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned through coaching is that leadership isn’t about treating everyone the same. Every athlete is different. Some need to be challenged. Some need confidence. Some need patience. Some need to hear the truth even when it’s uncomfortable.

My job isn’t just to teach technique or help someone become a better football player. It’s to learn who I’m coaching, meet them where they are, hold them to a standard, and help them become better than they were when they came to me.

The older I get, the more I realize that some of the greatest lessons football has given me have very little to do with football.

The game is the vehicle. People are the purpose.

That’s leadership.

Impact Over Influence.

What’s one lesson a coach taught you that has stayed with you?

Defensive Backs — the receiver’s upper body can lie. The hips tell the truth. 👀🔒

In this @warrior.acad session, we worked on staying patient in coverage, keeping our eyes disciplined, and reading the receiver’s hips instead of reacting to every upper-body movement.

Great receivers know how to sell routes. If you react to every head fake, shoulder lean, or arm movement, they’re controlling you.

Stay patient. Trust your technique. Read what they give you. Then make your play. 💯

RECEIVERS & DBs — WHICH WAY WINS MORE?

There’s more than one way to sell the Hitch & Go.

In this @warrior.acad session, we worked two different approaches: TURN & FLIP vs. STUTTER.

I like the stutter because it keeps your eyes on the DB, lets you read his reaction, and gives you the ability to adjust without losing position. Then comes the detail that can finish the rep — use your hands to clear contact, stay in stride, and go make the play.

👇 RECEIVERS: Which technique are you choosing?
👇 DBs: Which one is tougher to defend?

Comment “TURN & FLIP” or “STUTTER” below. I want to hear from both sides.

The season started, but development doesn’t stop. Keep sharpening your game with Warrior Academy and elevate your game the Warrior Way.

Forever thankful for this life and the opportunity I get to wake up every day doing what I love.

There was a time when I remember sitting on the couch thinking, “Man, I wish I had somebody to train today.” I dreamed about being busy all day working with athletes, sharing what I’ve learned from this game, and helping the next generation become better.

Now I’ve been blessed to travel near and far doing exactly that.

Coaching. Teaching. Serving. Pouring into athletes. Watching them grow, gain confidence, get better, and most importantly—have fun playing this game. I continue doing my part to give these athletes the knowledge, experiences, opportunities, and belief that can help them make the most of theirs.

Football has given me so much. Being able to give back through it has become part of my purpose.

I prayed for days like these, so I’ll never take them for granted.

A life of purpose. A life of service. A life worth living.

IMPACT OVER INFLUENCE.

8 WEEKS. REAL WORK. REAL GROWTH.

The @warrior.acad x @wrjfc Summer Training Program was a SUCCESS!

Every athlete who showed up got better — stronger, faster, more confident, and mentally tougher heading into the season.

Thank you to every parent who trusted the Warrior Path, every coach who helped bring the vision to life, and the White River Board & President for giving me and my staff the opportunity to pour into these athletes.

The preparation is done. Now it’s time to put it on display.

GO TO WORK THIS SEASON! GOOD LUCK!

CATCHING TIPS: Corner Route | It’s the details that make the difference.

In this clip during a @warrior.acad , I break down what went wrong with my receiver explaining why my athlete secured one catch but dropped the next—and more importantly, how to correct it.

That’s what Warrior Academy is about: SEE IT. FIX IT. APPLY IT. We identify the small details, teach athletes to understand the adjustment, and help them build the confidence to execute when it matters on game day.

Warrior Academy In-Season Training launches this week! The season may have started, but the development doesn’t stop.

Stay locked in. Keep developing. The Warrior Way.

The real flex for me is how many lives I can impact through this game.

No clout chasing. No gimmicks. Just real information, real-life experiences, genuine relationships, and opportunities to help change someone’s life for the better.

That purpose is what led me to start @warrior.acad, and that same passion for impact grew into the collaborative partnership that helped create @levelupcamp_.

Football has given me so much as a player, but I’ve always believed that what you receive means more when you find a way to pour it back into the next generation.

Every workout. Every camp. Every conversation. Every correction. Every piece of knowledge I can pass down is another opportunity to leave somebody better than I found them.

I’m thankful every time I’m given the opportunity to pour into these athletes because I know the impact goes far beyond the football field.

My legacy won’t be measured by what I collected—it’ll be measured by the lives I touched.

You can chase everything else.

I’m chasing IMPACT.
