Warm up sets are meant to acclimate you to the load you will be using for your working set, not to fatigue yourself. Preserve your energy during warm ups so you can give max output for the sets the matter.

Congrats @veganbodybybelinda on a successful season ending with a class win at Chicago!

Comparison from last season when she was on her own to now with me. We need to continue to develop more muscularity in order to nail the perfect peak but I am really happy with the overall package and improvements from last year to now with only getting to work together for a short 15 weeks. Belinda you are an awesome athlete to work with and I am excited to get this offseason rolling!

Confidence isn’t something you find

It’s something you build

Most people think they’ll become confident after they lose the weight, hit the goal, or finally feel ā€œreadyā€

But confidence doesn’t come from the outcome

It comes from keeping the promises you make to yourself along the way

Every workout you finish
Every meal you planned for
Every walk you take when you don’t feel like it
Every time you choose consistency over excuses

Those small actions become proof

And proof creates confidence that you can do hard things

Stop waiting to feel confident before you take action

Take action, and confidence will follow

Off Season Progress with @humble_tyyy_

We took bodyweight up from 187 to 219 as we close up our push phase and get ready to shift gears towards diet phase for his first show.

Plan has been simple - work really hard, progressive overload with weights and food.

Seven months ago, I was done with bodybuilding.

I had stepped away from the sport, lost the passion for competing, and was focused on functional training. Then one day, Mike Nassif stopped me in the gym and asked if I’d ever compete again.

My answer was simple: No.

I told him bodybuilding had taken over too much of my life, and I didn’t want to go back to that. But Mike believed in me more than I believed in myself. He told me I still had a pro-level physique and convinced me to give it one more shot.

I agreed on one condition—I wanted to prep differently. I wanted to enjoy the process instead of suffering through it.

That’s exactly what we did.

This was, without question, the most enjoyable prep of my career. I wasn’t constantly hungry, I wasn’t stressed, and yes… I still had my two McDonald’s meals every week on my high-carb days.

The result? I brought the best physique I’ve ever stepped on stage with—my best conditioning, my fullest look, and the hardest, driest package of my career.

As a coach myself, I know how important trust and communication are. Mike respected my input, I trusted his guidance, and together we built something special. It never felt like coach vs. client—it felt like a true partnership.

I’ve worked with several coaches over the years, but this relationship is different.

Mike, thank you for believing in me when I was ready to walk away from the sport. Thank you for helping me rediscover why I fell in love with bodybuilding in the first place.

If you’re looking for a coach who genuinely cares about his athletes and knows how to bring out their best, I can’t recommend Mike Nassif enough. taken in Tampa, Florida by @campjansen

Weight is the same in both pics from where we started in Feb to where we are now based off check in pics from this morning.

Things are going incredibly well leading into @tgrainger001 first show as a 41 year old.

Tyler is a very busy man - father, husband, business owner, so finding something we can repeat and continue to make progress while still holding his responsibilities as a man outside the gym was the number 1 priority.

We are in final stages and very grateful I am able to be a part in this big life moment.
