Navigating entrepreneurship is rarely a straight line. Being awarded this fellowship through the @nglcc and experiencing @aspenideas @aspeninstitute is a reflection of a lot of unseen work, and I’m deeply appreciative of the opportunities I’m being given.
.
.
That said, the conversations this week were a reality check. You can’t discuss economic access and opportunity, the future of AI, or redefining the American Dream without acknowledging the tough spot our country is currently in. I met a lot of grounded, brilliant people trying to drive change, but the disconnect is still huge.
.
I’m thankful for the space to grow as a founder, but we are a long way from a system that genuinely benefits ALL of us. While the trips and vacations are good, the work that I do at @fifthandhardy has become more important than ever. Building community through experiences.
.
.
I’m beyond proud of how I’m showing up in this crazy world.

I don’t post about work often, but this one deserves a moment.

Proud and beyond grateful to have been the Senior Production Director for the @CHASE Freedom Experience Cashback Courts during NBA All-Star in SF! 🏀✨

A huge shoutout to @systaff3 @lishaab_ and my @thinktrue_ family for trusting me with this opportunity. When I say this was a labor of love—whew! From endless calls, decks, revisions, and last-minute pivots, to early mornings and late nights fueled by caffeine and everything else —it was all so worth it.

Also to all the vendors, partners, and creatives who helped bring this experience to life—your hard work and dedication made all the difference. Seeing everything come together, watching people engage with the space, and knowing we created something so special.

These moments remind me why I love what I do. 🖤 by @camtightest

Yesterday I had the privilege to spend time with some of South Central’s finest at the 2024 Young Innovators Accelerator at the Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corporation | @bestbuy Teen Tech Center.
.
.
These young leaders from our own streets are ready to shake things up, step into entrepreneurship and make a real difference right here in LA.
.
.

We chopped it up about building your own path, why your vote matters and the power of staying connected to your community. It’s moments like these that remind me why our city is so full of potential—because of the next generation coming up with the heart, hustle and vision to make waves. South Central, the future looks bright. 🌴✊🏾 #YoungInnovators #SouthCentralLA #FutureOfLA #EntrepreneurMindset #Vote taken in South Central LA by @camtightest

You don’t always have to be doing something to have a photoshoot. I also just like working with friends and letting them showcase their talents.
