I’ve spent years pushing for excellence in real estate, and at some point I realized my health deserved the same level of commitment.

That decision changed everything.

🚨THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER🚨

In case you missed our previous post, Canada Athletic Performance Centre is officially expanding hours so you can hit that pre-work grind.

NEW HOURS (Starting Monday, Aug 31):
Mon – Fri: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sat & Sun: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

🔥FULL CHARGE FESTIVAL | SATURDAY, AUG 29🔥

Two days before our early mornings kick off, the Full Charge Festival is taking over our campus. Here is what is taking place:

✅Workout Activations: Fitness classes running all day.
✅The Nourish Hub: Fuel up before and after your workouts.
✅Recovery Zone: 30-person sauna, cold plunges, silent barrels, and change rooms.
✅Vendors & Family Fun: 50+ local vendors and obstacle courses for the kids.

What an incredible day! Thank you to all 20 teams from churches across the GTA who came out and competed in our first-ever Canada Church Championships! It was amazing to see so many churches come together for a full day of competition, community, and fun.
