This was my 4th summer selling pest control door to door with Aptive. What’s most valuable to me about this summer was the wealth of knowledge I accumulated from leading this team through the MOST CHALLENGING summer I’ve ever been through. It was not easy. There were many moments I had to ask for help, and many moments where the only help I could get was what I was able to find for myself!

I’m most proud of my people for the accomplishments they all went out and achieved despite the many struggles we went through as a team and as individuals.

I’m proud of my manager @bwettt for hitting a golden door while leading us and 2 other teams through a 6 month selling season! I’m proud of @killian_cardinale for coming from another company and almost quadrupling his personal revenue with us! I’m proud of @andie.tibbits who as I am posting this now is STILL knocking, inspiring us all. I’m proud of @nickespalin and @stewart.hartel for their 150k rookie summer accomplishments and so much more that they each pulled off this season. I’m proud of @olivejack_ for his consistency and dedication to helping the team this year. I’m proud of @deegster73 for being the most stubborn, hard headed, relentless human being I know. I’m proud of @tom_b_53 for making the biggest come back season ever and makin a name for himself amongst the other 200k+ level reps in the space. I’m proud of @jheron33 for helping me lead this band of brothers and sisters in the earlier half of the season. And I’m proud of @jaden_spence05 @clara_ganry_42 @nmalchow.16 @josh_carr03 @cashgartee @daniel.seatonn @adamsparks123 @brysontraylor_ @chloeetamayo @landon.coyy and everyone else who I can’t find your Instagram handles for making this summer what it was, for taking a chance on yourselves, and for giving it your all this summer! My sincerest gratitude to everyone who worked with us this summer and also for those who are coming back next szn to double down on everything we accomplished together! by @canon_balll

Over the last six years of my life, I’ve spent more days knocking doors and selling pest control than I spent not knocking doors and selling pest control. In that time, the people I’ve met the things I’ve learned and the places I’ve been… I wouldn’t change it for the world. Cheers to another six beautiful years at the same thing and more. @aptivesales @collective.mktg @peak.platform by @canon_balll
