As we close out our inaugural CSI Initiatives, we wrap up with @sindinkosazana and the Amathonga Music Festival & Creative Development Workshop, held at Nyosha Garden in Manguzi, KwaZulu-Natal.

The initiative highlighted the importance of correct metadata, while encouraging artists to pursue their work with passion, purpose and confidence. It brought together creatives at different stages of their journeys, creating a space for learning and collaboration.

FACT: Nope. We’re not your distributor, and we’re definitely not uploading your tracks to Spotify. That’s what music distributors/aggregators are for.

So what does CAPASSO do? We collect and distribute the royalties generated when your music is used.

Meet Our Next CSI Recipient: Sindisiwe Sibiya | Amathonga Music Festival & Creative Development Workshop

We are proud to highlight Sindisiwe Sibiya, through Amathonga Creative Entrepreneurship Development, as one of CAPASSO’s CSI beneficiaries.

Taking place on 19 September 2026 at eNyosha Garden in Manguzi, KwaZulu-Natal, the initiative combines a free creative development workshop for musicians, creatives and entrepreneurs with the Amathonga Music Festival, featuring live performances by regional artists and DJs.

While workshops are an important part of our CSI programme, this initiative highlights the diversity of projects supported through CSI funding—extending beyond skills development to include platforms that celebrate talent, create performance opportunities and support local creative communities.
