The Conversation · Streaming Platforms & Discovery

Singer and songwriter Amarafleur brings her own independent artist journey alongside experience working within streaming platforms. That perspective connects the person uploading a song with the ecosystem receiving it. She’ll share lessons on preparing music for DSPs, helping it reach listeners and understanding what happens after release day.

@namsthehuman
The Conversation · Digital Distribution

Namakau Star understands releasing music from both sides: as an artist making the work and through her experience within digital distribution. She brings insight into the decisions, preparation and relationships involved in getting music onto platforms. Expect practical lessons on choosing a distribution approach, preparing a release and understanding where the distributor’s role meets your own.

2027 starts now. 👀

If you're an artist planning to release music next year, don't wait until January to figure everything out.

At the YeahWeLink Music Festival & Industry Workshop 2026, @neomkatini broke down the importance of planning your rollout ahead of time and thinking strategically about how you want your music to reach people.

The music might be finished, but the strategy shouldn't start on release day.

Artists, are you already planning your 2027 rollout?

Drop your thoughts below. 👇🏾
