✨ ENORÊ AT CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE✨

Working across ceramics and 3D technology, enorê explores the entanglements between virtuality, physical embodiment and matter. Their practice uses 3D-printed ceramics to investigate how digital data can be translated, transformed and reconfigured through physical processes.

With clay as a catalyst, their work asks us to think differently about digital forms, what happens when something that exists as data becomes something we can physically touch, hold and reshape? 👀

Please come and see enorê’s installation all weekend with us at Creative Intelligence!

Last weekend, we hosted a 3-day free workshop with artist and researcher enorê @capirotices, using JetClay’s @jet_clay open source 3D clay printer.

Over the 3 days, we built the printer from scratch together, learned how to prepare files for printing, and witnessed their 3D models slowly form, coil by coil.

A huge thank you to enorê for making digital fabrication and experimental ceramics feel so accessible, and a huge thank you to everyone who shared their weekend with us!

Last Friday at our London space, The Bacon Factory, artist and researcher enorê @capirotices took us into the world of open-source ceramic 3D printing 🏺

From printer assembly to creative applications, enorê shared both their artistic practice and a hands-on technical breakdown of how these machines actually work. We even had the opportunity to examine their research prototypes up close.

Thank you enorê for a brilliant entry point into clay-based additive manufacturing, and thank you to everyone who joined!

💥 A glimpse into enorê’s practice, ahead of the exhibition ‘I’ve grown tired / I’ve grown hopeful’

OPENING NEXT WEEK, Wednesday 13 May at 6:00 PM at Brixton House.

Working between digital and material processes, enorê examines how traces of the body persist or dissolve through multiple cycles of translation.

Primarily working with 3D printed ceramics, they use clay as a catalyst to question how digital data can be mediated through physical processes, with an interest in clay’s potential to hold, erode, and reconfigure form.

Join us for the opening:

📅 Wednesday 13 May | 6:00 PM

📍 Brixton House, 385 Coldharbour Ln, London SW9 8GL

🔗 RSVP via the link in bio

The exhibition is part of Transnational Encounters, the May chapter of Lines of Flight.
