Meet The Shelly 💗

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re raising a glass — and raising money — in honor of one of our own. 🎀

When Shelly was just 23, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. After countless surgeries and years of treatment, we’re so incredibly happy to say that Shelly recently celebrated 4 years cancer-free.

To celebrate her journey and give back to a cause so close to her heart, Shelly and Capo teamed up to create The Shelly, a specialty cocktail inspired by her. 100% of the proceeds from every Shelly purchased will go toward the fight against breast cancer and providing free support services to breast cancer patients and their families across Massachusetts.

This drink is about more than just what’s in the glass. It’s about raising awareness, supporting those currently fighting, celebrating survivors, and reminding anyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer that they’re never alone.

Come grab a Shelly, cheers to 4 years cancer-free, and know that every sip is supporting something bigger. 💗🎀

Here’s to Shelly — and to everyone in the fight. taken in Capo Restaurant by @capoboston

A match made at Capo 🤍🍕

We recently received the sweetest piece of mail from Tyson, who shared the story of his very first date with the girl he matched with on Hinge. His note explained:

“October 9th 2020 we are in peak covid the girl I matched with on Hinge agrees to meet me to go on a walk. Of course, it begins to downpour; we immediately pivoted to Capo. We talked for hours over pizza and bread and both walked home smiling ear to ear. This hinge date became my girlfriend, who would go to Capo with me for date night. We made it a tradition to go every major milestone, including promotions and moving in together. On 8/25/25 this girl became my fiancee and we flew back and had dinner with our families at Capo. Thank you for being the perfect date spot for my future wife!! - Tyson”

Because Capo isn’t just a place for great food and fun nights. It’s a place to come together, make memories, celebrate milestones, and maybe even meet your future wife. 😉

Here’s to all the matches made at Capo. 🥂DM us your capo love story for a chance to be featured taken in Capo Restaurant by @capoboston
