Another epic @sapwibikepark Sunday with the boyz. Love meeting new riders and everyone vibing off each other and throwing it down. Thank you Sapwi crew 🙏🏽for always keeping the park dialed in. 😮‍💨 #sundayfunday #rideforfun #getuncomfortable #theboyz #bikelife #ftw #forevertwowheels #lifebehindbars #vibinghigh #throwingdown

February depression, often peaking in January and February, is a form of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) driven by reduced sunlight, cold weather, and post-holiday fatigue. Symptoms include severe fatigue, sleep issues, carbohydrate cravings, and social withdrawal. It is treated with light therapy, Vitamin D, therapy (CBT), and increased riding bike activity! #mentalhealthawareness #ineedsunshine☀️ #rideforyourhealth #struggleisreal #rideforfun taken in Los Angeles, California by @captain_bright_ideas

30 Days of running a 10k every day for Suicidal Awareness month 💜🩵 30 days of waking up at 3am. 30 days of self motivation, 30 days of running the same circles over and over and over again , 30 days of embarrassment and putting myself out there and not just hiding behind a screen and 30 days of humbling gratitude and growth . It wasn’t for the attention it wasn’t to gain more followers . I actually lost a few and I’m perfectly ok with that ! It was to remind myself that no matter how stressed ,tired ,painful or shitty life gets there is someone out there fighting a battle I couldn’t even imagine. I’ve lost family and friends to that battle and it sucks. 😢
Just remember my phone is always on , my door is always open and the coffee is always on.

My Accountability Post : Something different something new for the month of September I decided to challenge myself to run a 10k everyday this month. In return I challenge YOU to walk, jog or run at least one 5k (3.1mi.) a week ! It’s a free challenge and cost you nothing but a little time and effort to better yourself . Here we are day 3 and let me tell you this won’t be easy ! Follow me on Strava or my story for daily accountability. #strava #suicidalawarenessmonth #dohardthings #challengeyourself #betteryou taken in Los Angeles, California by @captain_bright_ideas

2026 USA Bmx State Series is a wrap. Long hard fought series just the way it should be down to the last lap. 🏁 Class bike held down the top spot all season until the big bad @wolf79bmx came along and brought his friend the Judge and took me down to #3. My hats off to you boys way to show up 👏👏 . Cruiser bike I was able to hold down the top spot all season until the end giving me the #1 Champ Plate for 46-50yrs. I know old guys on kid bikes right 😝. What a fun series even walked away with some sweet new luggage from @ogio_powersports , thank you to all my supporters and sponsors 🩷💙
