POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I was told for years that girls couldn’t skate.
To everyone who said it, I hope you’re watching now.
Give girls the platform, the support, and the opportunity—and they’ll show everyone that the talent was there all along. It just took the world a long time to catch up to what I already knew🔥 Thank you very much @xgames and @kristileskinen for bringing me out to witness it firsthand!! One conversation. Seven reflections.

When we wrapped up our very first SMS Live with carabethburnside, we realized it wasn’t just the stories we’d remember… it was how they made us feel!

About skating for the love of it.
About having the courage to progress.
About showing up as yourself.
About healing.
About putting it in KMA Mode when fear shows up.

These aren’t just Cara-Beth’s lessons. They’re reminders we all need.

Thank you to everyone who joined us live and made this first event something special 💗

If you missed it, don’t worry… this won’t be the last!

Join our Discord and be part of the next conversation.

👇 Which reflection hit you the hardest?

A few photos from Queen of the Park at FDR last weekend.

Thanks to Nico @nicoryper for inviting me out to judge and putting me up..I had a great time, met a lot of awesome new people, @cduerr__ caught up with some old friends @krusherkp , got to watch a lot of ripping girls skate.
Such a great atmosphere with so much support and community @cherrieswheels @crete_creeper Events like this give women a place to skate, push themselves, encourage each other, and most of all, have fun🤩🔥.
Thanks to @stevevandoren for getting me some fresh Vans for event😎 and @skateonecorp for sending product for prizes!!!👍

HYPED to meet this years guest judge at QOTP @carabethburnside and get more of the lowdown on how she lead the way for women’s skateboarding and snowboarding (1st women ever on the cover of @thrashermag and more!)
She was stoked on how we do things our own way at Crete Creeper and our designs.
Thank you for being such a big inspo. to so many of us and we love your KMA, kiss my ass attitude! 💚 by @carabethburnside

This was during a photo shoot in LA doing doubles with @christianhosoi and @daveswift01 shooting pics..
New environment..Different people.
Pressure..And l remember suddenly feeling detached... like I forgot how to skate.
It’s weird how that can happen.
You can be completely confident in something, then walk into a new
environment and suddenly start questioning yourself.I think a lot of people experience that in life, not just skating.
At some point I just had to flip the switch, stop getting in my head, and start skating.
KMA…You’re Welcome!!
