Hello, it’s me 🙋‍♀️ In the past weeks, quite a few of you started following my account that don’t know me personally (yet! ☺️). Welcome and thanks for being here! I thought this is a good reason to introduce myself with a few random facts you might not know:

1) I never wanted to become a photographer but always dreamed of becoming a graphic designer one day. Now I’m both and I love it! 😍
2) I was scared to loose my passion for photography when it becomes my job but quite the opposite happened - I love photography more and more every day! 🔥
3) Speaking of passions: I have a background in international business management which was not necessarily my passion but now it comes in handy 🙃
4) I am super curious and I love learning. My motto is "whatever you don’t know yet but you’re curious about, you can learn!” 💪🏽
5) I love networking, traveling, listening to / discovering / supporting people. I guess I just love people! That’s why I probably resonated so much with Peter Lindbergh’s words “You have to love the people to photograph them.” 🤍
6) My partner and me live in the countryside outside of Barcelona. 🌞
7) I was once called “German with a Latin soul” and feel like it’s one of the most accurate descriptions of my personality. 😄❤️‍🔥
8) I’ve always done things a bit differently, e.g. I am the only non-engineer in my family (but I love DIY projects and all kind of handy work 👩🏼‍🔧).
9) I am a part-time farmer, on the path to self-sufficiency 👩🏻‍🌾
10) I love to skip the small talk. Tell me about your dreams, hopes, fears, whatever it is! I am convinced that showing vulnerability is actually a strength. ✨

Hambre de cambio💥

When @nicolevindel knew she would be interviewed by @voguespain and asked me to take the portrait for it, I couldn’t really believe my ears 😃

It still feels quite crazy to see some of my pictures in the printed March edition of Vogue Spain! It has been a pleasure to work with this incredible team and I’m truly proud of the outcome we achieved. Thank you so much, dear @nicolevindel for giving me the opportunity to be part of this wonderful and crazy journey. I am so excited for everything that’s yet to come!  ⁣

When you receive two of your favorite female-founded brands & clients in one parcel 💚📦💫

This morning I’ve had the pleasure to unpack the recent seed subscription box by @marievonwurzelwerk 👩🏼‍🌾 Even after several years of working together, it still feels so special every time I hold the seed packages, the greeting card and the carefully selected gift in my hands, knowing how many beautiful souls have been working for months in the background before the seasonal box is being sent to gardening freaks all around Europe 💚🪏

I feel honored to be designing all the print products for @wurzelwerkshop and with that work with the wonderful Wurzelwerk team and incredibly talented artists like @thedrawingkati, @madgen.fou, @hannaboegelein, @alohaveraa and more that hand paint every single plant for us. (Especially in times when you can hardly distinguish anymore what’s generated with AI and what’s human-made, I appreciate this slow, careful process even more, is it the same for you?)

This year’s summer seed subscription box feels even more special because we included two mini ripple jars by @lieblingsglas - just perfect for that mini marmalade you might want to gift to a loved one or to keep your favorite freshly harvested herbs in your fridge. 🌱

@nadineschuenemann_, the founder of Lieblingsglas, is a good friend of mine so I couldn’t be more excited about this collaboration.

Yesterday I had the honour to visit @hannesklotz in his home studio an get a portrait done by him - he used a super special ancient technique called collodion wetplate photography where he applies different chemicals (amongst others, real silver!) on a metal plate in order to take the photo. Such an incredible procedure, and can you believe that the lenses he used are from 1875?! 😱

Feeling super grateful I got to watch this amazing procedure and to have gotten a truly timeless portrait taken. There is a specific silence that falls when an artisan picks up their tools—a quiet poetry I was lucky to witness through my lens.

Behind the camera, I’m chasing the "flow." It’s that meditative moment where the world blurs, leaving only the steady breath of the craftsperson and the rhythmic sounds of shaping the metal. 🔨

There is such grounding peace in watching raw elements become wearable art through nothing but experience, patience and human touch.
