Proud to be recognised as MICHELIN Selected in the 2026 @michelinguide Dubai, with our very own Zahra Erfanian Azmoodeh receiving the MICHELIN Exceptional Cocktails Award. Thank you to our guests and team for making this happen and for bringing the food, service and spirit of Carbone to the table every night.
