Carbone is opening soon at Atlantis The Royal. The New York-born Italian American restaurant officially opens its Dubai doors on 6 October, serving up signature dishes like Spicy Rigatoni and Veal Parmesan in a space designed for impact, from jewel-toned booths and Venetian mirrors to one of the world’s largest jellyfish tanks. An approved spot by the likes of Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Drake, and Kim Kardashian, the iconic New York-Italian hotspot has made its way into Atlantis The Royal at Palm Jumeirah.
