Man… what a week. 🙏🏾🎂

Birthday celebrations, NSN in Washington, DC, learning, networking, reconnecting with people, meeting new ones, and feeling A LOT of love along the way.

I got to spend my birthday surrounded by people who made sure I felt celebrated, while also being in rooms that challenged me to think bigger, raise my standards and keep growing. That’s a pretty special combination.

And I have to say THANK YOU for all the birthday love! The calls, texts, posts, messages and everything in between. I definitely didn’t get a chance to respond to everybody because conference had me MOVING 😂, but I saw it and I felt it.

NSN was incredible. The development was great, but the relationships and conversations are what really made the experience for me. Some moments were full circle. Some were confirmation. And some challenged me to come home and get to WORK.

I’m leaving this weekend grateful for another year of life, grateful for the people God has placed around me, and excited about what’s ahead. Special thanks to the Amazing @tarajiphenson, legendary @robinnelee and CEO of Red Lobster @damolaadamolekun for sharing their wisdom at #NSN26

This is me screaming in my baby ear because I refuse to make everybody tiptoe so he can sleep peacefully. It also might be me hating because he gets to sleep. I’m justifying it saying I’m sleep training. 😂😂. At least he’ll learn good music while I’m figuring it out lol. by @carevolution

I’m grateful for a wife who’s my best friend and my lover. Watching her bounce back has been amazing not just physically, but emotionally and relationally. It’s been beautiful getting to know each other again.

To the couples still finding your rhythm after the baby arrives, give each other grace. The sleep deprivation is real, “fair” doesn’t always exist, and the noise doesn’t quiet down overnight.

Just keep love as the foundation, and figure out the rest together. ❤️😂 by @carevolution

This was so beautiful. We were able to get our 104 year old great grandmother out to the family reunion. My son is the youngest. So there’s a 104 year living history in our bloodline. by @carevolution

Sooo I had so many Q1 wins. One I’ll share that I accepted a new job and I got my certification today. I officially hit the field to advocate and educated psychiatrists on products indicated for Bipolar 1 Disorder and Schizophrenia. I am beyond excited to be in this line of work and look forward to many testimonies of change, many accolades professionally and keeping you in the loop along the way. by @carevolution
