Still thinking about last Saturday’s Stratos Development Summit! 🙌🏾✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their experiences, and made time to invest in their growth. It’s the people—the conversations, encouragement, and new connections—that make events like this so meaningful.

We hope you walked away with something you can put into action and a connection you’ll keep building. Keep showing up for yourself and each other, NSN Orlando! 💙

Meet Christopher Arrone, Territory Business Manager with Alkermes serving the Orlando market. A graduate of Central State University and proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Christopher has built a successful career in healthcare while remaining deeply committed to mentorship, leadership, and community impact.

Inspired by his own journey through foster care and adoption, Christopher founded Reviving Our Community (ROC), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through mentorship, education, and personal development. He also serves at The REAL Church, investing in the next generation through youth ministry and community outreach.

In 2026, Christopher embraced new roles as a father to Christopher Jr. (Deuce), began his journey with Alkermes, and, alongside his wife Laticia, navigated a high-risk pregnancy that strengthened their faith and resilience.

Christopher is also preparing to release his debut book, Don't Wait to Hit the Lottery, a powerful reminder that you don't have to wait for a life-changing moment to discover your purpose. Through his personal story of perseverance and growth, he encourages readers to recognize the value and potential they already possess.

Christopher's journey is a testament to leading with purpose, serving others, and creating a legacy that extends far beyond professional success.
