Less than 2 months in. 🚧

Still building. Still grinding.

Huge thank you to everyone who has helped bring this place to life. We’re just getting started.

Well… it’s official. @careysportsperformance has a new home.

The next few weeks are going to be a grind as we get the flooring, turf, and equipment installed, but I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Five years ago, I walked away from the security of being an employee and took a chance on myself. I was nervous, uncertain, and had no idea where the journey would lead. Today, we’re taking the biggest step yet by opening our own brick and mortar facility.

The vision has always been bigger than just a gym. It’s to build one of the premier golf performance facilities in the DFW area. A place where golfers of all ages and skill levels can train, recover, and perform at their highest level.

None of this would be possible without the incredible people who have supported me along the way.

To my wife, @melisa__carey, thank you for believing in me, pushing me outside my comfort zone, and giving me the confidence to chase this dream.

To my family, friends, and clients, thank you for your trust, encouragement, and support. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

And a huge thank you to Ryan and Kendall @bachik_methods for opening your doors to me and my clients over the past five years. You gave me the opportunity to build CSP from the ground up, and I’ll always be grateful for your belief in me.

Let’s build something special. LFG 👊🏻🇺🇸 by @careysportsperformance

Big time week for @cole_sherwood earning his first win on the @kornferrytour.

The work behind the scenes has been incredible. Cole has fully bought into the process this offseason. Strength, speed, recovery, consistency, and doing the little things the right way every single day.

Let’s go!! More to come ⛳️ 🏆

Been back on my own training the last couple weeks, mixing strength and power work with dedicated speed training on the driver.

Week 1: living around 117–118 mph clubhead speed
Week 2: pushed it up to 121 mph

Ball speed is sitting 174–175 mph right now, little lower than it should be, but I haven’t touched a golf club in 8 months so contact isn’t exactly dialed yet.

Right now it’s all about building the engine. Clean it up later.

Going to keep pressing all summer and see how high we can push both clubhead speed and ball speed. 📈

Hot start to the 2026 season for @piercesoncoody.

Through the first 6 events on the PGA Tour, the game is trending, and the work is showing. 📈

Good off week to reset, recharge, and get back in the gym preparing for the Florida swing.

Let’s keep building. Let’s keep it rolling. 💪🔥 by @careysportsperformance

Adversity doesn’t break you, it builds you.

After months of grinding, @parkercoody is locked in and ready for the 2026 season. He earned every bit of this comeback with discipline, consistency, and hard work.

Fired up to watch him compete on the @kornferrytour and @pgatour.
