Well… it’s official. @careysportsperformance has a new home.

The next few weeks are going to be a grind as we get the flooring, turf, and equipment installed, but I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Five years ago, I walked away from the security of being an employee and took a chance on myself. I was nervous, uncertain, and had no idea where the journey would lead. Today, we’re taking the biggest step yet by opening our own brick and mortar facility.

The vision has always been bigger than just a gym. It’s to build one of the premier golf performance facilities in the DFW area. A place where golfers of all ages and skill levels can train, recover, and perform at their highest level.

None of this would be possible without the incredible people who have supported me along the way.

To my wife, @melisa__carey, thank you for believing in me, pushing me outside my comfort zone, and giving me the confidence to chase this dream.

To my family, friends, and clients, thank you for your trust, encouragement, and support. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

And a huge thank you to Ryan and Kendall @bachik_methods for opening your doors to me and my clients over the past five years. You gave me the opportunity to build CSP from the ground up, and I’ll always be grateful for your belief in me.

Let’s build something special. LFG 👊🏻🇺🇸

We’re not a gym.
We’re not a clinic.
We’re not just another performance facility.

We are a nervous-system-first movement. 🧠⚡

Today, our new website goes live — but this is bigger than a launch.

This is a declaration.

At REACT, we believe performance begins with safety.
We believe healing requires regulation.
We believe strength is built through connection.
We believe the nervous system holds the key to everything.

We train Neurological Fitness AND Function.
We blend neuroscience with strength & conditioning.

This is Neuro Conditioning™.
This is transformation from the inside out.
This is human performance, evolved. 🔥

Plateaued…
Burned out…
Or capable of more…

𝑃𝑀𝐶 𝐹𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑙𝑦,

I would like to personally thank each & every one of you who have trusted our office with your care since 2022

With a heavy heart, I am writing to share that December 31, 2025 will be my last day at our Addison location

Beginning in January, I will be transitioning full-time to our McKinney office

This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but one that is best for myself, my family, & the future growth of Pure Motion

I am extremely proud of what we have built together, & I truly love this community! Hands down, we have the best patients any practitioner could ask for 💯

Also would like to extend a special thank you to my referral partners who have believed in the Pure Motion vision from day one. Your trust & encouragement pushed me to grow as a professional, & your support has been invaluable!

Beginning in January 2026, all existing Pure Motion patients will have the opportunity to transition their care to Dr. Trent

He has trained directly under my supervision since September 2024 & I have known him personally since his early days in chiropractic school

I have complete confidence in his clinical abilities & his commitment to patient care. Would like to strongly encourage those of you in the area to continue your treatment with him 💯

Throughout December, I will be treating patients at both locations:

Addison
• Mondays, Wednesdays

McKinney
• Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays

I look forward to seeing you in the office soon to close out 2025 on a strong note 💪🏼

If you have any questions, please shoot us a DM 📲

🏆 CHAMP ALERT 🏌️‍♂️💪
Huge shoutout to @hudson.weibel for taking home the W @trinityforestgc
The man worked his ass off all summer—early mornings, grinding in the gym.
No shortcuts. Just sweat and discipline.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. Keep going, Hud—this is just the beginning. ⛳️💯 #HardWorkPaysOff

Dry needling is ideal for precise application of therapy to specific muscles!
.
I personally deal with minor pain and discomfort in what’s called the “thenar eminence”. This area includes four muscles called abductor pollicis brevis, flexor pollicis brevis, opponens pollicis, and adductor pollicis. After long days of therapy these muscles are TOAST, so throwing some needles and E-Stim through them is a life savor!
.
I’ve also had extreme success with treating migraines and/or headaches. Which I contribute mostly to how specific I can get the needles placed 👌🏼.
.
If you are someone you know is struggling to find something to help, shoot me a DM!

Unlock those SHOULDERS!!
.
The Apley scratch test is a quick way to test your shoulder mobility. At home you can perform this and take a video from behind to analyze your range of motion!
.
Ideally we are looking for symmetry when comparing side to side. While also having fingers touch. GIVE IT A TRY!
.
If you are lacking some range, determining where the limitation is, is 🔑
.
Stop by @puremotiondallas and see us to unlock those shoulders!!
