I’ve received an invite…very different to one Id normally receive. This one doesn’t require a dress or heels.

@caringbah.redbacks have invited me to a free 4 week female #football program

I replied with full disclosure I’ve never even exercised in my life 😬

Apparently that’s ok!! 😀

I need shin pads though 🤔

What a fantastic initiative … so you know what? I’m going to do it 🙈

I might break a record for an injury in the warm up but it looks fun

A huge thank you to the club for all it does for community football in the Sutherland Shire … a very professional and inclusive organisation

It’s on for the next four Tuesday nights ⚽️❤️

They know if they won.
They know if they scored.
They know how they played.

Skip the analysis. Skip the advice. Skip the drive-home coaching session.

Ask them one thing:
“Did you have fun?”

Sometimes that’s all they need.

The goals matter, the wins are fun and the losses can hurt.

But junior football is about so much more than the scoreboard.

Friends. Confidence. Belonging. Learning. Laughing. Getting back up and having another go.

Give them a reason to love the game.

Pathway Product: Anthony Knowles 🤝

Sutherland Sharks are pleased to confirm pathway product Anthony Knowles has been promoted into the first grade squad for the Australian Championship and 2027 season.

Anthony’s story started at Caringbah Redbacks before he came through our SDS and JDL programs from age 7 to 12. He then spent six years with Sydney FC, before making his way back home to us last year in the U18s and moved into the U20s in 2026. Now he gets his shot at senior football with the club that started it all.

A true development story. Welcome to first grade, Anthony 🙌🦈 by @caringbah.redbacks

An alternate look... The same DNA.

Stepping outside of our traditional red and black, this year our third kit brought a fresh look to the Redbacks.

Seen during the Shire Premier League season. We’ve now made it available for supporters.

A crisp white base. Red and black detailing. Club pride in every stitch. Featuring our major club partners, The Willarong and Caringbah North Pharmacy (Coady’s Pharmacy).

Customisable with your name and your number.

The Alternate Supporter Jersey is available to order now.
