APA powerlifting comp summary 🫶🏼

Weighed in at 60.7kg for U63kg weight class:

Squat: 140kg (equal pb)
Bench: 75kg (+7.5kg from last comp)
Deadlift: 152.5kg (+ 7.5kg from last comp)

Coach: myself
Handler: @seanraso90

With an injured wrist a couple of weeks ago, I was close to pulling out of comp but ended up lifting 15kg heavier than last comp and came 3rd for females overall with a 404 DOTS so happy 🤍
